I ordered food from this Wingstop and my order was completely wrong. When I went back to the store to get it corrected, the store manager refused to fix the order or issue a refund. No accountability, no attempt to help, just flat-out refusal.

Im actually waiting for an order. We walked in at 12:45pm and its now 1:37pm. There was no one in front of me. We ordered and waited. Customers came after me, ordered and waited. The customers who came after got their orders. My name disappeared from the board. My order still is not out. The food can’t be that good. I am currently asking for a refund. Don’t come if you’re in a rush or have an appointment. We won’t be trying again.

I can completely understand why they have three star rating. Today I went into this location to pick up a mobile order. I stood there as three guys who were in the kitchen bagging and cooking looked at me and continue working. One guy expedited the food to awaiting Customer, and then went back into the kitchen and looked at me and continue to do what he was doing. No greeting, no I will be with you in a moment, nothing! I walked to the back and grabbed my own food because apparently I was not going to be serviced. Once I went to grab my food that’s when he tried to stop me. I wish he did put his hands on me because it would’ve been a problem. How can someone walk into an establishment and not be greeted, But make eye contact by every single employee! And this is not a race thing because I am African-American and the employees were also all three African-American men. Just poor customer service

They will mess up your order 8 times out of 10. Sucks that the food is so good because their staff and management is horrid. I called to get a refund on my order that they completely screwed up. When they put me on the phone with the manager. He hung up on me mid sentence. This advice isn’t to be mean but is a requirement if you’re going to order here, NAG THE LIFE OUT OF THEIR WORKERS. Be on their case. If you don’t, theres a 80% chance your order will be wrong and there will be a 100% chance you will not get a refund.

Decent food! I consider myself to be a chicken wing aficionado and I was very pleased with the a menu options that we had here the service was pretty good and the wings turned out dam fine.
