Sarah, Isaac, and Yousef have an exquisite Beyond location. These three are always attentive, professional, and timely with orders. The store’s presentation is both tidy and inviting. I tried numerous items from the menu. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. I’m grateful to have found this location. I highly recommend it!

Michael was working all alone on Tuesday October 21. He had a partner but she spent her time on her cellphone with boxes blocking the entrance to the line and laughing loudly in back while Michael worked diligently fixing our order. He never complained. I initially thought the young lady was a customer until she went in back and all I could hear was her laughing and chatting on her phone. More customers came in and Michael was left to work alone. I truly feel like he should be rewarded and she should be replaced.

Absolutely terrible delivery and I would like to take BACK the delivery tip that they make you select up front, before you know if the delivery is actually going to be any good or not. They left my lunch sitting on the ground outside of a random building door without any notification to anyone… no text, no picture, no nothing. No way to know when it was delivered or where it was delivered, and because this is a huge office building, anyone could have taken it or tampered with it. I called after 20 minutes past the expected time and was simply told it ‘should be arriving soon’ and then at 45 minutes past the expected time, and by pure chance, a volunteer for our organization found it outside the random door when they were helping someone else. The tortillas in my Southwest wrap were now soggy and the smoothie is mostly melted. Normally I get text messages from the Door Dash driver, with updates about progress and questions about any specifics they need to know for the delivery, but not a single message from anyone and then the food was just left at a random building door when we are a fully-opened business with an easily-accessible lot, a huge sign, a spacious lobby, and people at the front desk ready to receive and assist… there’s no excuse for not going to the correct place. Just completely lazy to leave food laying outside a random door… and ridiculously unprofessional. I’m very displeased and would like a refund.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that instantly brightened my day. They have a Caesar wrap with a smoothie special currently going on for $16 the wrap is a nice portion and good but the smoothie is a kid size which I was expecting to get the regular size

Beyond Juicery and Eatery in West Bloomfield on Orchard Lake lake is the best. Layla and Stephanie are amazing and provided the best customer service that is second to none….not to mention the smoothies and the salads are super delicious. Check them out.They’ll take care of you.
