I had trouble with the kiosk calculating a price correctly. I asked a young employee who was putting on his smock if he could help. The excuses started instantly about how “he doesn’t really order from McDonald’s.” Eventually after reordering The price came up correct. I just feel the staff were very uninspiring and unhelpful. Poor quality customer experience.
Another staff member approached me like (I’m stupid) and asked if the order come out okay after I had already fixed it! Then she stated that’s the future (ordering on a kiosk I assume). I told her I’ve been ordering the same thing for 10 years. Will not visit this location again.

Had to wait 20 minutes for an order which came out wrong. Got a happy meal hamburger and got a 6 nuggets happy meal. Went inside told them about the error. Was suppose to be a plain hamburger but instead got a hamburger with everything. My little one was not happy. Too many errors and wait time is long.

They Gave me this when I ordered a normal chicken McGriddle…then I try calling to get in contact with someone and their phone is out of service very unprofessional! I simply ask for a water (WHICH ARE FREE BTW) and the male Manager decides to lecture me for not ordering it ahead of time …. I already did that and they couldn’t even get a simple sandwhich right!

Not sure what’s going on at this McDonalds but the wait times are INSANE! My husband went and got me the new spicy sausage egg McMuffin meal with an iced coffee with espresso added in. He had to wait 30min for them to make it. They made him pull to the second window and wait forever for the coffee while 4-5 customers got their orders…
Then to add insult to the injury, the spicy sausage egg McMuffin was very uneventful because they barely added the pepper sauce. Definitely not like the pictures show. I could barely taste that it had sauce. Smh. Not happy with McDonalds lately!
We go here quite frequently because it’s fairly cheap if you use the app. Love getting my iced coffee for $1.08 after tax. Would have given 5 stars but sometimes it’s a hit or miss.

They didn’t include any ketchup in the order, despite assuring us otherwise. It was a long line at the drive in, so we just did without. Otherwise it was ok. The soda came cold as expected, the fries were warm and salted.

I think they left my patty on the grill for too long… I’m disappointed, it’s the first meal I had after a long day so I had to eat it ♂️ The worst part is that they forgot my bacon, the one thing I was looking forward to ñ, plus I had to go back and wait another 15 mins cause they forgot my nuggets.
