Harmony Noodles & Dumplings (formerly JiBeichuan Noodles & Dumplings) continues to serve the same authentic rice noodles, dumplings, and handcrafted dishes our guests know and love. While our name has changed, our food, team, recipes, and commitment to quality remain exactly the same. We recently transitioned away from the franchise model to operate independently, allowing us to uphold higher culinary standards, tighter quality control, and a more guest-focused dining experience. This change gives us full freedom to source better ingredients, refine our techniques, and stay true to the flavors and craftsmanship that define our kitchen.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by the wait staff and given a tablet to order from. This is an excellent concept! We enjoyed being able to see pictures of the food, make customizations, and also order at our own pace without feeling rushed.
Great ambiance as well! Everything was clean and modern. Service was quick and friendly with the wait staff checking in on us a few times to see if we needed anything
As for the food, we ordered a little bit of everything:
Black fungus salad: crunchy and tangy! This appetizer was an excellent side dish to accompany the rest of our meal.
Fish maw soup with chicken: rich, hearty, and full of meats and veggies Highly recommend!
Tom Yum Kung Soup: sour and spicy, also full of toppings and veggies. It could’ve been a little bit spicier but we still found it to be delicious.
Pork, shrimp, and chives steamed dumplings: tender, moist, and a well seasoned filling. It’s hard to go wrong with dumplings and these were very tasty!
Prices and portion size were pretty reasonable. We’ll probably be coming back to sample the rest of menu soon!

I visited JiBeiChuan Noodles & Dumplings for the first time and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, and the experience was made even better by the excellent service.
I ordered the soup dumplings, which were outstanding. They arrived hot and perfectly steamed, with delicate wrappers and plenty of rich, savory broth inside. You can tell they’re made with care—the balance between the dough and filling was spot-on, and they were incredibly satisfying.
I also tried one of their noodle soups, which was comforting and deeply flavorful. The broth was rich without being heavy, the noodles had a great texture, and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. The addition of fresh greens and herbs really brought everything together and made the dish feel both hearty and well-balanced.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The waiter was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, which was especially appreciated on my first visit. His suggestions were right on point and definitely enhanced the overall experience.
Between the delicious food, generous portions, and attentive service, JiBeiChuan made a great first impression. I’ll absolutely be coming back soon and look forward to trying more items on the menu. Highly recommended if you enjoy quality dumplings and noodle dishes.

I would not order the stir fried bok choy or the roasted pork again. Both were $10 each for a tiny bit of food. The roasted pork was very dry. I also wouldn’t order the shredded and marinated potato – just not a fan of the flavor. Everything else was pretty good.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The ordering system is amazing, you can place the order thru a iPad and it goes straight to their kitchen and also pay same way after. The noodles were very fulfilling and the dumblings were very good. The server was very welcoming and also gave us recommendations.

Stopped by to this beautiful place and so glad we did. The place is mall with plenty of seating. We were seated quickly and ordered on their iPad menu. The food came out quickly and on time. The food was absolutely amazing, flavorful and fresh.

This spot was SO good. The noodles and broth were super flavorful, portions were generous, and everything tasted really fresh. The dumplings and crispy sides were amazing, and the prices were honestly such a steal for the quality. Drinks were also really good and refreshing. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

The mala soup had plenty of vegetables, and the boiled dumplings were really tasty. The meat portions were generous, and they paired well with the chili oil. Unlike other places, the noodles were thick, which made them feel fresh. The vegetables were fresh too, with lots of mushrooms in particular. It was moderately spicy and perfectly suited to my taste.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they’ve been consistently amazing every single time. The food is always delicious — flavorful, fresh, and served quickly. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything top quality.

Great atmosphere, nice and quiet. The dumplings tastes great. They are made to order. Of the many dumplings I’ve had growing up. These are easily one of the best dumplings. This place is clean and modern with tablets to order food for those who like to keep to themselves. The bathrooms are clean as well. There are vegetarian options but not many. For the price, what you get is a great deal. Overall 11/10 would come again with a bigger party of friends.

Yesterday I visited this Chinese food restaurant and I was delighted. The food was spectacular, with dishes prepared at the moment, served very hot and with an authentic flavor that really surprises. Although the place was full, the service was fast and very friendly, demonstrating an excellent organization.
Another point that surprised me were the prices, quite low for the large amount of food they serve. The value for money is unbeatable. Without a doubt, a place I want to return to and that I recommend 100% for those who enjoy good Chinese food with impeccable service.
