I am glad that I don’t live close to Mings, because if I did I would be here all the time. The food is delicious and super fast. This place is cash only and super cheap so make sure you bring some cash with you. Do yourself a favor and drop by for a meal!

Mings, a staple of Papillion. I got the opportunity to go back down memory lane with my family to get lunch here today and was not disappointed. From eating here on a weekly basis as a child, to once in a blue moon as an adult, I was very excited to come back. The service was excellent, wasting no time to get us seated. Our order was taken within minutes of being sat, not hesitating to order the same thing I have been since I was 10. The food was excellent! Great portion sizes, fresh, hot, and extremely reasonable prices. Quick service and frequent refills is the way of the land here. Mings, you did not disappoint!

My go to restaurant for Chinese food in the area. Best chicken fried rice I’ve come across (I sub out the regular chicken with battered chicken instead). Great price for the quantity and quality you get, great staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

In an Omaha dining scene increasingly dominated by ultra-modern, overpriced ‘new age’ restaurants that all feel the same, Ming’s remains a beloved staple—a cozy, unpretentious throwback to a simpler time. With its charming interior and consistently solid food at unbeatable prices, it’s a refreshing antidote to today’s trend-chasing spots. As long as Ming’s stays true to itself, I’ll keep coming back. Oh, and the Hot and Crispy chicken is delicious.

I really wanted to like this place, but the whole experience was just disappointing. First off, they only accept cash or check, which would’ve been fine if they had actually told us. Yes, there was a sign on the door, but nobody mentioned it when we walked in, not when they handed us the menus, and not even when they gave us the check. We didn’t find out until we went up to pay, which was super frustrating and honestly should’ve been communicated from the start.
The food didn’t help either. The Mongolian beef was basically falling apart weirdly. it was grainy and almost disintegrating, not the texture it’s supposed to have. The rice was on the harder side, and overall the dishes just weren’t good. Definitely not the best food I’ve had. Not planning on coming back.

First time here in almost 20 years. Four stars with comparable Chinese food restaurants in the Midwest for the fast, convenient, and fitting modest prices. Everything in both pictures was less than $20 combined. Really laid back atmosphere and kid-friendly. A step up from Panda Express (Ming’s has better quality rice) and the best Chinese for the price in the Papillion area.

Great food for an unbeatable price. Best Chinese restaurant in the Omaha area. Some of the food items are keto friendly. The staff is always nice and food is served very quickly, even when they are busy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

It’s no frills cheap and good Chinese food. The garlic chicken is pretty good as is the peanut butter chicken. I didn’t care for the lo mein but try it yourself and decide.

Recently had my first visit with a friend after hearing endless positive testimonials. I was surprised by how cheap the meals were and portion sizes. The café styled seating environment felt very casual and welcoming. Additionally, the staff is always quick, polite, and professional. I have already made several return visits and will continue spreading the word!
