Drive though ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese hot and ready. Had to pull up and waited 20 minutes on something that should have been ready on the spot at 6pm.

Ordered ahead online and chose the “pickup in store” option since the order was large. When we went to pick up the food the front door was locked. The employee at the front counter watched us try to open both doors but did not motion for us to go to drive thru. He just looked at us and did not acknowledge. There was no note on the door that pickup in store was not available. Went through drive thru. The drive thru associate was more friendly. Pizza was okay but not great.

When I asked you to cut it into six slices I assumed they would be somewhat equal size slices. I have half of a pizza that’s two slices and the other half of a pizza that’s four slices what an idiot.

An average experience. The food was good, but it was also fresh. They didn’t have anything “hot and ready” at the time. That’s odd considering it was lunchtime and that’s their whole gimmick. Still, the wait was bearable and the cheesesticks were very good

The pizza and wings were what you would expect from this fast food restaurant. OK. Nothing exceptional about their food. My main issue was the very slow service. There was nothing unusual about my order, so you would expect me to be in and out. Nope. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food, and there was no one else there. Definitely not “Hot and ready,” as they claim.
