This place was super busy when we came in. We got two fresh pizzas out of the oven twice instead of an older pizza! We also got fresh bread too! One of our pizzas was also an extra most bestest and it only took about 5 minutes for our order! The lady who took my order was so nice and polite! I would highly recommend this Little Caesars over the one on Leonard!

Garbage and ghetto! Ordered for my husband and I we did half cheese and half supreme. We get home and they couldn’t even get that right. Cheese half had pepperoni on it and the other half didn’t, pizza wasn’t even cooked we had to put it in the oven when we got it home. Walked in and no one talked to us, a girl was in the back on the phone. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! Edit: we threw it out and ordered from Papa Johns

Cheap pizza.
– Pepperoni Pizza – $7.29: Still a decent value. It is very cheap pizza.
This one had a very large crust and therefore a lot less cheese and topping surface area. I’ve bought from several locations in Grand Rapids and theirs had the smallest surface area of cheese and toppings so far.
There was one pizza with an empty area of pepperoni, but otherwise, it was well covered. It was warm and fairly delicious otherwise.
– Crazy Bread – $5: Mainly as expected. Soft and rich garlic flavor.
– Service: Minimal. The order was in a Pizza Portal (working this time). The Crazy Sauce was not with the order and I (AGAIN) had to ask for it. There was no one at the counter while two others were also waiting, but within a minute and a half they assisted me.
– Atmosphere: Small place, but decently clean.
– Conclusion: You cannot argue the price and value. Just be ready to deal with a few things and inconsistencies.

Christina was absolutely amazing! We are new to the Grand Rapids area and it’s very rare that I find someone that I’m speaking to on the phone that has great customer service, phone etiquette and kindness! A lot of people can take a few lessons from her! We will definitely be back to this location!

It’s a shame that a pizza chain has to steal from consumers. I walked in and buy a couple of pizzas and some wings, two days later I found out they charged me twice. I went back to the store for the refund and they not taking any action to do the right thing not even a sorry for what they did.

New low today dropped them to 1 star. Ordered a pizza for lunch. Received notification that my order was ready. Arrived and no Pizza in the pizza portal. Si I waited over 6 minutes at the counter being ignored by staff. And I was sure as I arrived I saw her cut up my pizza as it was a sausage. But after she closed the box and put a sticker on it she just pushed it to the side soI thought maybe it wasn’t mine. Then she waited at the oven and slowly put together some crazy breads. Pulled a couple more pizzas out and cut them the put the 2 orders into the portal. And that first pizza she cut was still sitting there. Then she finally grabbed it after 7 minutes and loaded it up and low and behold it was my pizza. WHY DID IT SIT THERE 6 MINUTES. She has time to walk it the 10 feet to the portal after boxing it up. Ridiculous.
1-8 To-go order PLACED before the store opened to be picked up WHEN THE STORE OPENED and I arrived at 11:03! Yet when I arrived not ONLY was it NOT READY it hadn’t even been started. Even though the hot and ready case was fully stocked. Stood in the lobby 8 minutes before I was informed it was going to be a other 5-10 minutes. Order for 11:00 get Pizza at 11:20 and get told it’s my fault for ordering before the store opened.
Update 12-11-24 Why does NOTHING ever look like the menu? The veggie pizza I ordered in the app looked 20x more appealing than what I got. And why is it so hard to make things well? Everything in a pile in the center which turned it into a soggy mess and almost zero toppings out near the edge. No seasoning on the pizza at all. Sad when you HAVE to eat a pizza with a fork because half the slice stays in a pile in the box. Honestly if I lived closer I’d have been back to have it remade. Overall I think I’ll just try the Leonard or Fuller locations moving forward.
I used to enjoy coming here but the food, service and atmosphere have just declined.

Received a pizza that was clearly old and looked really old. I kindly asked for a different pizza and the girl rolled her eyes and said she needed to get her manager. The manager came out and said “what’s wrong with your pizza?” And I said it looks old. He said “you look old” I was seriously in shock and actually teared up, and said.. sorry I am old.. and he said well it would take me a while to make a new pizza.. so you can have this one.. and gave me a different pizza with extra pepperoni which I was okay with. The whole situation was very uncomfortable and hurtful and I can’t believe that is the manager. Very disappointed
