I ordered for the first time wings and fries from this place. The food was horrible, it tasted bitter. It tasted like it was fried on oil that was used multiple times and also, it was over fried.

Worst wings of my life.
I ordered wings here despite the bad reviews. I’d figured why not give it a chance. I should have heeded the warnings.
I picked up my wings and was at the restaurant 5 minutes after submitting my order. The wings had no time to sit around.
When I received my wings I checked them. I immediately noticed the wings and fries were cold. I can guarantee they had been sitting out. I tasted the fries first. They were hard, cold, and tasted like they had been fried in bad oil. The wings weren’t any better. They were hard, dry, cold, and tasted freezer burned. My order was also missing the ranch that was supposed to come with it.
The pictures online are not at all what you get. My terrible curly fries were clearly the dregs of whatever bags they have as I didn’t have so much as one whole fry. The portions on the pictures are also much larger than what they give you.
Literally the worst wings I’ve ever had. Do not order from here. I can guarantee they just let there food sit out. I am concerned I will be getting sick soon. I will add a follow up if I do.
Follow up: I did get sick. Wasn’t hospitalized but I had a bad time in the restroom for 24hrs.

Wings are dry. Ordered the cool ranch. They may as well had been plain. Fries were soggy. There are alot of reviews complaining about the same issues. Definitely was not worth the money. Yuck

I’m giving this place one star because it’s a Chili’s. The chilis restaurant deserves at least 3.5 because they have good service and good food, but this is false advertisement. You could get Sued. (I think)
