Disappointing experience. An employee was sweeping near our table and flicking debris toward us. When I politely mentioned it, the employee became defensive.
As I went to throw away my cup (that had a little water left over), the same employee aggressively insisted I walk to a drain first and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.
I contacted the owner the next day, who addressed the sweeping but said the employee denied the rest. Regardless, the interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Only reason for an additional star is because the sandwich was good. Kid up at the front was either stoned or just so incompetent. ordered 2 sandwiches, asked for combos for both, only rang me up for one combo. So after I tipped 15% he charged me for another drink. Okay.. whatever, but when i now only get one sandwich brought out, instead of the 2 i paid for, it’s very upsetting. Frustrated, told another guy up there and he refused service. Disappointing and embarrassing

This Firehouse Subs is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in til the door closes on your way out. I usually get the sweet and spicy meatball sub but they’ve always got really delicious specials. I’ve had the current triple brisket a few times now. The restaurant is clean and spacious and has tvs usually with ESPN or some sports on. It’s a great place to eat

I ordered the “Hero” sub and it was delicious. This is one of their best establishments. It is always clean, friendly staff, and good food. I also love that their website informs you that “A portion of your purchase in 2019 at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, to be used to provide lifesaving equipment to first responders.”
