It’s a shame that I even have to give it 1 star, I’d prefer 0. Placed an online order pickup and my order couldn’t have been any more wrong. Every bowl was missing or had wrong toppings, I ordered a quesadilla and just got toppings in the tray, no quesadilla lol

I have been a loyal customer of Chipotle for many years, I order online through the app several times per week – it’s a vice, but this is my favorite food and it’s worth it to me. Lately the quality of food from this store has been really sloppy, but today was the final straw when my rice was severely undercooked. Mistakes happen, but the galling part is that Chipotle has removed any way to EVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO RESOLVE A MISTAKE. I was given the run around by the text chat bot and then a voice chatbot when I attempted to call the store. Well if I can’t get a resolution when you screw up you’ll never get another dollar out of me. I have no respect for such poor customer service. I will no longer spend my usual few hundred dollars a week here – it’s not worth it. You can’t assume that customers will accept this kind of treatment. Brands always respond to reviews like this, ‘oh, we’re sorry you had a bad experience, please reach out to us…’ No thanks, I don’t want anything from you. You’ve lost a high-dollar customer, permanently.

Service was terrible and very slow even though there were only a couple of customers. They were out of forks and turned off the ice machine. They told us they couldn’t turn it back on and didn’t have any in the back. They barely put any meat in the bowl, most of it was lettuce. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to and it degrades the experience of being in Ghent. It should be shut down so a local restaurant can show them how to run a business.

After seeing the advertisement of the new Guajillo Steak, I had the bowl and it was decent. A bit salty for me, but I’m “salt sensitive” so take my opinion with a grain of salt (hahahahaha! ). Service was quick & friendly at this location and my side of guacamole was good.

I arrived at the location at 12:00 PM and was told they were only taking online orders. I placed my order immediately, and it was confirmed at 12:06 PM for pickup at 12:20 PM. There were plenty of staff working, but everything was moving very slowly. I received my order at 12:44 PM, and to top it all off, they gave me whatever they wanted, because I ordered steak with white rice, beans, guacamole, and corn, and they gave me cheese, lettuce, chicken, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and vegetables, plus they added a sauce. I love Chipotle’s food, but this time I was disappointed in every way with this particular location.

This is the worst chipotle ever ! The staff is not welcoming and have no manners or respect , they gave no greeting or spoke once i got up there . Nobody knows how to roll a burrito they just say they can’t do it and give it to you . Everything in there sucks! Needs new staff and proper training ! None of them seem like they want there job .

First off, let me just say I’m pregnant as hell and for me to get the wrong order I am extremely upset right now. This has happened not only once but a few times at each time I think I’m gonna get a different result and it ends up like this and then DoorDash says they can’t give a refund for whatever reason. I ordered the honey chipotle bowl with rice sour cream, lettuce, pico cheese, sour cream, and beans. I got an order with just rice, honey Chipotle chicken Sour cream and beans and I should’ve known before I even opened it how light the ball felt the last time I ordered it. I got just sour cream over meat. There was no rice. I will never order from here again.

Took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a staff member in an attempt to order dinner. When one eventually came over to us, he continued to carry on a conversation with the manager, for several more minutes, directly in front of us. Clearly non-work-related.

When he finally felt inspired to speak to us as customers, I could barely hear him, as the obnoxiously loud, unfiltered music, blared over the speaker system.

We were the only customers in the store, and it took about 20 minutes to get our food and complete the overall transaction from start to finish. Call me crazy, but to be the only customer in the store at a place that is known to serve food very quickly, I consider that very low bar.

When it came time to pay, the manager was cold, short, and seemingly irritated that I had questions about beverage options. I had expressed to him that I have poor eyesight and I was trying to inquire about a fruit beverage I used to enjoy there years ago that chipotle apparently doesn’t carry anymore. He retorted with, “All we got is apple juice.”, in an irritated tone. I didn’t want to sit there any longer so I just got a fountain drink and called it a day.

There was also a woman who came in who seemed to know that manager, and it appeared that some form of “arrangement” was being attempted to take place based on the subtle verbage they were exchanging. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was something illegal, I’ve seen and heard it all. Someone in corporate should really look into that.

I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle, but they really need to go back to hiring quality employees like they did in the past. The people they have staffing and running this location are doing an awful job of giving timely and quality customer service. You wouldn’t expect this in Ghent of all places

The only positive thing I have to say about the experience is that the associate did give us a very generous portion size, which was appreciated.

Took 45 minutes for a pickup order after the pick up time promised. I saw about 20 people order food and leave before my pick up order was ready. The kitchen in the back, can’t even see your food being prapred is sketchy.

The workers have the nerve to have an attitude when you simply ask about your pick up order.

Just order in person, least you can see your food being prepared and not standing around for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff.
