Such a good bakery! We used them for our wedding last year and they delivered everything we asked for. They’re so easy to work with and reasonable pricing for their delicious pastries/cake options. They made the cake sample process very easy and made our cake identical to the inspo pics we sent. Everything was very high quality. Definitely recommend them for weddings or other similar events!

This bakery has some good products however I have experienced on two different occasions stale product on Mondays. I also have experienced the weight staff rush me. Hurry up hurry up. In fact, one employee asked another customer if she could help him and she wasn’t even finished with me. Bought a paczki pastry there last Monday and it was stale. I asked her if they were made on Monday she said yes. I also bought a coffee cake on a Monday and it was also stale. So I honestly avoid this place unless I’m desperate because I have to buy something for a customer. I don’t believe all these reviews. Perhaps they’re good at cake orders. Not sure I tried talking to the owner and somebody called me back and left a voicemail. Some girl who was talking 100 miles a minute. I didn’t know what she said. I don’t like this place. Unfriendly. Owner never called me back. I do not believe they warrant a score above 3.9.

This was the third time that I have visited this location and they have omitted a main item needed I was making pizza bought the sauce and they didn’t put in the dough!!! Like the main thing then they are so over charging on their donuts and deserts 17.99 for 16 tiny pieces of cookies! That I heard her quote 12.99 a tray and instead of apologizing they made it seem like my fault oh we forgot to charge you lol no kid you forgot to give me the item I ordered and it wasn’t like busy and they were scrambling if they can’t handle one person at a time image three customers all I’m saying is check your bag and go to whole foods or capita way better service and prices

Purchased our son’s cake, smash cake, and cookies for his Monsters Inc. 1st birthday party and we are so happy we did! Cakes and cookies were delicious and costumer service was incredible! Would highly recommend and will be returning for future celebrations!

My grandma used to buy pastries for the family from here since I was a kid, after she passed I decided to carry on that tradition. So many selections to choose from, but I love the cannolis, coffee cakes and the focaccia! The employees I’ve come into contact with are super awesome as well!

I used to come get cannolis from this bakery when they were a $1 on Mondays then they switched it to buy one get one free with the Inflation increasing is very understandable. This is a local small business in Bloomingdale. They took away their weekly specials without any notice for the week of Christmas. As a regular customer, I would think that a bakery locally would want to have specials and sales for all of their customers instead of hiking the price the week of Christmas And taking away their normal specials. This officially pushed me to use a different bakery for now on.

Chicago Pastry is a small spot that packs a big punch! The lobster tails and eclairs are excellent — fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. The donuts are just average, but the pastries more than make up for it. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re nearby.

First time here, and it was easy to find, also easy to park in their parking lot.
I like that they have outdoor seating in case you want to envoy your pastry there.
We picked up a few scones and cookies, and we liked them. The cookies were sweet. On the other hand, the scones were not so much, so I enjoyed the scones better.
The service was fast since there was only one other person inside when we got there.
I will have to try their coffee next time or perhaps something else that’s not on the sweet side.
