This is supposed to be honey bbq nuggets!
I have never purchased honey barbecue nuggets, and they came out looking like this no matter which store I visited. Mind you I have been to this location several times. I went back to the store to inform them of the error and was basically told that’s how the sauce is made (WHICH IS A LIE) and it was early that’s why the sauce looked like that. Instead of just remaking the food and taking accountability for the incorrect item I was turned away. You would’ve thought I asked for a refund or my whole order made over. Customer service is terrible at this location and they are always slow.

Everything was good but the sides are way overpriced. 3.99 plus tax for a very small portion. Also check your order before you leave. Sometimes they give you scrap pieces to fill your order. for example, on my two piece, I got a breast and half of a little wing.

I just left KFC on Coventry Way in Clinton where I bought my grand daughter some chicken tenders. They were dried up. Over cooked and disgusting. She started crying when she saw them. For the money people spend on yaw’lls food it shouldn’t be disgusting, over cooked and dried up.

I recently ordered from the KFC in Clinton, Maryland, and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service. The chicken was soggy, unevenly breaded, and did not taste fresh. The fries were old and unappetizing. I attempted to contact the store by phone to address the issue, but no one answered. This level of quality and lack of response is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Clean and modern Colonel-centric interior decor, inimitably delicious Original Recipe, and quick service. Signs say they’re only accepting drive-thru and online orders on account of being short-staffed, but the lady working inside threw my family a bone ‘cause the shop wasn’t too busy at 11:30, and for that we were extra appreciative. (Also, hence why I took the time to review a fast food place, haha.)
Kids meal included stickers, nuggets, sides like mac and cheese, and juice — plus activities on the bag, for $5-something. We all left full and happy.

My grandson and I just got so sick from eating at the location in Clinton, MD. I will NEVER go back. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at another KFC anywhere. We should have known by the dirty exterior around the drive through window. Please use caution when dining here. Ask questions about the freshness of the food. Hopefully, you’ll get an honest answer. As for me and my family, it’s a big HELL NO!

I havee done a survey and gave them a goodd review. I then received a side order for commpleting the survey. Generally the workers are nice (to me) The strips are good. Nashville Hot or Smokey Mountain. The hot honey is also good. The Georgia gold is the least spicy of the three. They are somewhat greasy. A few more moments on the treadmill… I like the fact that they have green beans instead of the high GI beans, rice potatoes, corn or other high starch sides… As soon as I say that, they are out of green beens. Generally good regardless

The two women who were working on 7/15 around 7:55 pm, especially the lady working the drive thur window, need customer service training and skills in how to treat their customers. They make you feel like you shouldn’t even order anything. They’re pretty rude!

Went through the drive thru && the lady taking the order named “Mika” was rude & was acting like she had an attitude . Very unprofessional not only that I asked for 20piece honey bbq and they gave me half bbq and half buffalo . Not what I asked for .

I looked online and saw a special and ordered the special as it was online and the lady put in something else and then got mad when I didn’t want what she put in but what I put in and then wanted me to go all the way back around just to order something when there was nobody behind me. Her attitude was not one you would expect for somebody that’s supposed to be about customer service and she act like she really didn’t want to be there and she really didn’t want to take my order so I left and went somewhere else. That was only the second time that I’ve been there and that will be the last.
