I walked in to order a sub and the guy working there was emptying the garbage in the lobby. I’m thinking he was the owner. He walked directly behind the counter after emptying the garbage and made my Sub. He never washed his hands. He did put gloves on but unacceptable. Did you really think a customer would not notice this unsanitary procedure. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Sign on the door indicates the store opens at 10am. Stopped at 10:05 and the door was locked. Peeked inside and not a soul in sight….no indication it would be opening anytime soon.

First, let me say that we were regular customers at this location. Today, 2/21/25, my husband stopped in to pick up lunch. Steak and cheese for me, a tuna sub for him. No tuna, the young man behind the counter said. No tuna on a Friday? His response: “No, we don’t have any mayonnaise.” Are you kidding me, there is a Food Lion grocery in the same parking lot. Is this laziness or an I don’t care; I’m going to get a paycheck anyway attitude? Ridiculous, not to mention terrible customer service. We will have to rethink eating here in the future.

I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong sub but the young man working told me coupon is only good for online orders. I read coupon and it says if ordering in person show $6.99 coupon before ordering. I told him the coupon clearly says can be used with takeout or eat in. I was so frustrated I asked for a manager. He said no one else was there. He didn’t have number for me to contact anyone. This use to be my favorite Subway but not anymore.

Don’t order online if you want your order correctly made. Good thing I’m not allergic to lettuce. I don’t eat it on subs, but it somehow magically appeared on it. Paid for bottled drink, lady said I couldn’t get it and I had to get a size small fountain drink.

The girl that was working Tuesday june 18th at 830pm.. She has no business working there. She left 4 customers including myself in the store alone to run outside because her boyfriend was getting arrested. I ended up leaving after I went outside and was listening to her cuss at the cop.
I have TRIED calling the store multiple times and no one responds. That is VERY unprofessional for her upon the business. VERY VERY disappointed.

Missing ingredients on one “special sub.” Literally no care in assembling the subs. Just because 1 of us doesn’t want a toasted bun doesn’t mean we want a rock hard stale one. It was better when the cigarette smugglers ran it
Oops: forgot they didn’t add double meat on another sub and burnt one they weren’t supposed to toast.
Yikes complete failure

The bacon was NoT cooked. The green pepper was not chopped. The bacon says crispy!! I usually love Subway. I was trying a new sandwich with steak. I did call and tell them and they offered me another sub. I assumed the onion and peppers would be cooked too but they are raw.

Visiting the area for the third time now, my wife and I chose this spot for a quick lunch just arriving. Food and service were good, however we learned roast beef was no longer available. This was disappointing to see, as we both enjoy this topping on our subs. Hopefully it can be brought back in the future.
