We love stopping at the Buffalo Grill when traveling through East Texas. Employees are beyond friendly and always helpful. We have never had a bad experience at the Buffalo Grill.
We tried a new dessert item, not even on the printed menus yet. Peach Cobbler Nachos!!! This was one of the best dessert I’ve ever eaten. The extra crunch and just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. The vanilla ice cream and whipped cream are the perfect toppings. I have to admit, their Peach Cobbler Nachos are better than my Aunt Leona’s Peach Cobbler because of the extra crust. We cannot wait for our next visit.

Restaurant charges whatever prices they want, don’t have the correct pricing on the menu’s and state that they have a sticker on the front that says pricing will be 18% to 20% different. I guess it all depends on the day. When you see how worn the sticker is you can tell it’s been a very long time and obviously it’s not important to update pricing. My waitress was great the owner seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. I just expect better from a local business I was hoping to support. I will not be back! I will be reaching out to other agencies regarding the unethical practice of this restaurant. Pay attention to your bills, it wasn’t ever about the money but the fact they think they can charge whatever without consent or informing the customer, I’m not playing that game!

You’re suppose to look on the front cover, get your calculator out, and multiply the old price, by 18.2% or whatever the current increase is, so you know what you’re paying for your food.
If you fail to see that, and you go to check out, and find out your burger is way more than the price on the menu, you’re upset and the cashier questions your intelligence for not seeing the increase on the front cover.
Also, the waitresses have no clue what the prices are if you ask. It’s up to you to figure it out.
The quantity and quality of the food has decreased as the prices have gone up.
Many locals have quit going for these reasons.

The Waitresses was extremely kind.
The food was fantastic.
I haven’t eat food that good since my mama passed away.
That’s been a long time.
The price of my meal was extremely Fair.
It’s not too often you go to a restaurant where they’re not trying to rob you.
If you get a chance try the meatloaf it was great.
I cannot remember when I had meatloaf that good.
The cheeseburger was to die for.
It might be ten miles out of my way but I think I’m going to go back every chance I get.
Because it is damn sure worth it.
Last place I got to eat that good was hofbrau restaurant.
But the prices was a little bit too high at hofbrau restaurant.
I almost forgot you should always try the pork chops because they are extremely good.
And if you call your order in and it is to go most of the time it is almost ready when you get there or it is ready and if they know what you’re driving they will bring it out to your car you won’t even have to get out.

Been here couple times only bc my sister wanted to but I would have to say it’s a no for me. I don’t know what is it about their Dr Pepper but I found it really odd that I wanted it and the waiter said “I don’t recommend getting it” it left me thinking …but didn’t say anything about that and ordered a different drink. That’s not very good if you say you don’t recommend something to some one, it will make them not come back. Food wasn’t great at all. And to top it off service was good.

Food was pretty good but I found a fly in my tea. When I told the wait person about the fly she didn’t have a response and just shrugged her shoulders. I took the fly on a napkin to the cashier when we paid our check. She said she was sorry but did not act as if this was an uncommon experience and did not offer to reimburse for the tea. That really was not important to me but I really expected that she might seem to be just a little more concerned that this happened. I just hope that management will be informed.

We had the 54 burger which was tremendous, fajitas for 2 side of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.
Everything was delicious. The kids ate all their food. All for less than $60 with a tip. Waitresses were kind and helpful.
