This ain’t just my first rodeo review of Adam’s Pizza House—it’s my second, and y’all, they done did it again!
Last time was just me, Storey and our appetites, but this time, I rolled in with a full-on hungry pack: ten members of my kin, ready to eat like we were evacuating from a category five. We didn’t order from the menu; we simply tackled the menu like a gator on a chicken leg. We had the classics—the Cheese and Pepperoni pizzas—but we didn’t stop there. We plunged into the deep end with Gyros and fries, a tropical blast of Hawaiian, the fresh crunch of the Veggie, and that dark horse winner, the Chicken Club Pizza. We ate so much, the waitress needed a forklift to clear the table.
And every single bite? I swear, it was the best fixin’ I’ve had since Mardi Gras!
But let me tell you ’bout the folks running this operation. The owner is truly salt of the earth; he was a real treat, personally bringing a fresh pizza to our chaotic table. And our waitress, Alisa, bless her heart, was as sweet as pecan pie. Dealing with our ten-person hurricane requires a glowing personality, and she had one brighter than a refinery at night.
If you are anywhere near Vivian State and you need some soul-feeding, five-star Italian-Cajun-Greek fusion (yeah, I said it), you better get your squad over to Adam’s Pizza House, garonteed!

I finally got my New York style pizza (even though they don’t call it that) after years of searching! Just sauce and cheese and foldable crust! Very delicious! My husband and grandson love the meat pizza and I kind of do too. And the wings and salad are great!

The service was wonderful and the workers were so friendly and helpful. Never acted rude or annoyed to my questions as it was my first time here. We ordered the trio platter (delicious), pizza (wonderful), a pizza bowl ( fantastic), and wings (fabulous). Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Coming back whenever we come through town!
