Mannn this was not great. I know it’s Dominoes so expectations shouldn’t be that high, but I’m only a few miles away from this one and it took over an hour and a half and a phone call to get a small pizza and a pasta to my house. I ordered because it was supposed to be the quickest option (25 mins), but alas…. Driver was apologetic, but I don’t think it was his fault. And my pasta to sauce ratio was crazy. Those penne were drowning.

Thank you so much for my cold dinner 3.5 hours after I placed it. Had to reheat my order because the quality check took an hour long. Pretty sure the manager either took a bite or just ripped at crust because they didn’t appreciate my words of encouragement throughout the 3 and a half hour waiting period. You truly are my pizza heroes.

I ordered four large pizzas with carside delivery, and the pickup process went smoothly. Unfortunately, the pizzas themselves were extremely disappointing. Every pizza was so heavily coated in gritty cornmeal that it completely ruined the texture and flavor. We ended up throwing out the leftovers because it was impossible to enjoy them. I should not have to spend several minutes brushing off cornmeal just to make a slice edible. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I live near by but I always order delivery. The food always come quickly and the drivers are amazing, Terrence, Davetta, Gary, Jahquel are usually my drivers and they are all so amazing!

SECOND EDIT: (A different order, and likely our last) The past few times we ordered, the driver either forgot to give us something from our order and had to come back, or something was wrong with it. It’s SO hard to get a hold of them on the phone, and several times they said they’d get the manager and just put the phone down forever. This time, we ordered bone-in wings with mild sauce and we got what I think are boneless ones (we never order them from here), they basically looked like mini chicken nuggets with sauce on them (I’ll share a picture). Something is almost always wrong with our order and it’s very frustrating. I don’t know if they’re under-staffed or something but its getting kinda nuts. I know working in the service industry can be rough, but man…I’ve never had a place get so many of my orders incorrect.
Edit: (we ordered a separate time and this was a different order). We get the tater tots all the time and they’re usually good, but this time there was almost no cheese on them and they were basically just loose in the box. They used to have enough cheese to hold them together, this time they were just loose with two small bits of cheese in the entire box and the rest was just like this picture. (Another edit: there was no cheese on the tots. I thought I saw cheese in the box, but those were onions.)
We order from this location all the time and while it frequently takes a little while, we’re okay with it. this time, they quoted 2 and a half hours for delivery AFTER we placed the order, and once we got our order after just short of three hours, one of our pies was under-cooked. After all that time, we hoped that everything would be just right. We also keep asking for contactless delivery and that never happens.

I order from this place a lot. NUMBER 1 they are playing with their numbers accepting orders and making it seem like they put it in the oven when they have not even STARTED. carry out IS SUPPOSED TO BE 10-20 mins. Guaranteed…. Then the so called superior Called Supervisor wants to lie and say the app is completely wrong. No it’s not wrong you are just making your numbers look good. She then started to curse at me and get real disrespectful real quick. I then MATCHED HER energy she seemed really upset she was working at a place she clearly didnt want to be at I have the whole thing recorded. She then proceeded to call her boss to kick me out the store because she got disrespectful with me and didn’t like that I THE CUSTOMER didn’t allow her to speak to me like that. DO NOT EAT HERE. This is the most ridiculous store and I will get in contact with district manager and corporate I posted a picture of her so if you also experience any disrespect from her there you go REPORT HER.

All Domino’s locations suck for delivery they expect u to order $20 worth of food to be delivered. I will get a hold of corporate and make a compliment saying how it’s a stupid rule and how it’s not right or fair. I wish all locations would shut down for good.
