Horrible food and customer service, The food was disgusting and I found hair in my food, I called the restaurant for a refund, the customer service person told me the owner David will call me back and for me to bring the food back to the restaurant. I take the food back to the restaurant and the owner David is on the phone with the employees after they said he “wasn’t reachable” they put him on speaker phone and he was very rude and said he will only issue me “credit” after I brought the food back to the restaurant. The employee then takes the food and then drives all the way to the other restaurant to the owner David, not sure for what? That was strange, they must’ve wanted to give the unopened food to another customer. David and his wife proceeded to tell me they cannot refund me because that’s a waste of food, yeah disgusting food with hair in it. They took the food back and never issued me a refund, and this is the man that everyone speaks so highly of and how much he does for the community??? With a horrible attitude like his and his greed for $32 I wouldn’t want a person like that in my community.

They gave me the smallest portion of chicken lol mein I have ever received in my entire life. It honestly seemed like a child’s portion. It was a dinner entree for almost $10, and the bowl fit in the palm of my hand. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the bag when I got home. I will not be ordering from there again.

Placed an order through door dash and it turned out to be horendous, initially said delivery would be with 20 – 23 minutes and 40 minutes later, we got dried out chicken teriyaki, over cooked boneless spare ribs and mushy lo mein. Tried reaching out to door dash to express my satisfaction but had no luck. China king I would reconsider using door dash as a deliver service. Delivery service was terrible but the dried and and overcooked food was worse.

When I first started ordering here a couple months ago it was the best Chinese food I’ve had. Everything was fresh. The past 2 times I’ve ordered the food was horrible. Yesterday I spent $68 and The sweet and sour chicken tasted like pure oil, the orange chicken was hard and the rice was mushy. You can tell the food was old. Definitely not fresh. My kids wouldn’t even eat the food, total waste of money. I don’t know what happened to this place but I would not recommend. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

China King is a small family run Chinese restaurant. The food is fresh and compared to other local Chinese restaurants, more authentic. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious! The majority of the business is take out but they do have several tables for eating in.

First, i waited 10-15 min for someone to acknowledge i was standing there, then after i ordered, i waited another 45 min to receive my food. To top all that off, this was the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. (I’m not over exaggerating). The food even had a weird color to it.

Food tasted old and soggy. Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken. No crunch to chicken. The color was weird looking. Also, ordered curry chicken. Both dishes was horrendous. Egg rolls was soggy as well. After this experience I don’t think I will eat Chinese food again. I literally took one bite of each dish. I spit it out. I wouldn’t give this to my dog. Driver however was excellent.
