Great customer service. Main issue is that they are ALWAYS out of menu items. Over half the time they dont have ice cream toppings for the Sundaes or they are out of hot dogs, its ironic that they are literally a whole sale store of food lol. Even today they are out of sundae items, the ice cream machine is down, and they don’t have cheese for the pretzels. Even the vending machine of their own waters is empty. Whoever manages the café and places orders for it is slacking way too much to be in charge.

I love this Sams Club. Whatever their policy is they follow it to the T. We do a big event and order over 100 Apple and pumkin pies for our client appreciation during the Holiday! Thanks Sams Club.
