2 piece ordered a breast and a wing and received a leg and a breast! Asked dasher for extra butter and got zero. 5 pc. Mashed Potato Poppers were creamy and tasted amazing especially dipped in the gravy but they are an expensive treat for $.80 each. Love the fries that are seasoned perfectly
UPDATE: 9/19/25
3 pc. Chicken Combo, fries and Apple Pie Poppers all delivered hot and fresh. Apple Pie Poppers crust was nice and flaky and a bit sweet but the apple pie filling had no taste?!?! UPDATE 10/23/25 Individual thigh delivered still warm, fresh and delicious. Potato Wedges and biscuit were cold and not fresh. 5 piece Mashed Potato Poppers were missing from my order entirely. Way too many problems with this delivery!! UPDATE 12/11/25 5 pc. Mashed Potato Poppers and Chicken Tender both missing sauces that were suppose to be included! Now they are both dry and boring especially the over cooked tough, chewy Chicken Tender! Potato Wedges fresh and delicious. Pie Poppers although not fresh still tasted ok. UPDATE 2/23/2026
All my food was delivered fresh and still warm! 5 pc. Mashed Potato Poppers were supposed to include gravy and ranch and once again it is missing!!! Why are sauces NEVER included?!?!?!
I have been a frequent customer of KFC for years. The meals here are literally good to give your dogs-hopefully. The soda machine apparently was broken for weeks based on responses from staff. No ice being dispensed. The liver (see bill below), you better off at Costco. No taste poorly done.
Go somewhere else if you need a better service
Let’s talk about service, or lack thereof. Today, I ordered via the mobile app: a chicken nugget combo, a tenders gravy feast, potato poppers, and a chicken little. Let me repeat, I did this through the mobile app. All you have to do is read the order and put it in the bag. The first service issue is that I drove up to the drive thru and told the person on the other side of the speaker that I had a mobile order.
His response: “We don’t do mobile orders in the drive thru when it’s busy. You’re going to have to come inside.” Annoyed, I drove to a parking space near the front door, and my husband went in to get it. Did he immediately grab it and come back outside as one might expect by the “Please get from the quick pick up” instructions posted on the app? No, he did not. When he finally came outside with the bag of food and the drinks, he said he ended up having to shout to someone in the back because he could see our name on the bag of food behind the counter where he could not reach it. If you’re not willing to hand me the bag and drinks through the drive-thru window, then you better have it readily accessible when the customer walks in the door.
Let’s get back to that reading thing. I’m not sure if an inability to read simple order information is a common theme at all fast food restaurants, but I’m still baffled by how often it happens everywhere (not solely at this sorry excuse of a KFC). Missing from the order were French fries, one of the gravies, and the chicken little. So, now I had to deal with customer service to get a partial refund on my order because the employees cannot be bothered to double-check that everything that was paid for on the mobile order (again, an order that is clearly written out for them) is in the bag.
Now, let’s talk about food. I mean, it’s KFC, it will never be a 5-star meal. But why does it feel like when you order tenders from KFC, they are taking a normal-sized chicken tenderloin like what you might see in a grocery store and splitting it into 5 skinny, barely any chicken, pieces and trying to pass it off as a tender? Each piece in that box was thinner than a pencil and tougher than leather. Since all prices have exponentially skyrocketed over the last few years, that just feels so unacceptable.
