I spent $26.00 at this location and the $20.00 bucket special was all small pieces and over cooked and dry! I had already left the location and a big disappointment. Food quality below par the employee I don’t think would fill a order like this for himself! Will not return at this location! If you care not to serve good food quality for the money you should close your doors! The owner has to be thinking why is my KFC restaurant not making a profit or lack of customers??? I have the answer!! No one cares behind the counter of this restaurant!!! WAKE UP!!!

Huge shout out to the husband and wife that was running the store today! 3/2/26, was short staffed and lobby was closed so they let me drive my semi truck through the drive thru! Please don’t put the awning back up over the windows! They need a raise and need acknowledged!

I am traveling and pregnant and walked into this location and was very excited to see that it was a kfc/ Taco Bell only to stand there for 10 min after another lady in front of me had ordered so they saw me to turn around and walk away and completely ignore me for another worker to look at me twice come to the front and turn his back to me looking at the order screen. Couldn’t even take the time to say I’ll be right with you or give me a few minutes please absolutely nothing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give a star it’s just zero(0) star, few days ago I drove there with my wife and we wanted some chicken drum sticks, we waited to be attended, waited, nobody is speaking to us, we went round again, and decided to park and walk in, the gentleman told us that it’s more easier to order through the drive way, went out again and followed the queue, it reached my turn, spoke to a lady and I asked her the chicken drums sticks, she said I can wait for 20 minutes, and disconnected the call, I hadn’t finished ordering, she said, move forward, I told her I haven’t finished ordering, she said we cannot attend to you now. Wait for 20minutes. Was pissed off and drove away. They have poor customer services

My husband and I stopped shortly before noon on a Monday. Both restrooms were incredibly dirty, the women’s restroom did not have any toilet paper but the paper towels were stocked, and the men’s restroom had no paper towels but the toilet paper was stocked. The women’s restroom had a ‘caution wet floor’ cone stored in the corner, but the base of the cone was incredibly dirty. I found this odd, considering the only thing that would hypothetically touch this cone would be a clean, wet mop.
The staff woman at the counter who took our order was courteous and our order was filled quickly.
The counter immediately behind the cash register/order counter was so full of boxes and other items that you couldn’t see into the kitchen, so no idea how many people were working nor how clean it was.
The dining room area was clean and the fountain soda area was clean and stocked.
After the disgusting restrooms, we still ordered food to go. We selected the chicken tender box meals. The chicken and biscuit were good, but the fries were limp and not that great. The saving grace is that KFC is one of the last few fast food restaurants that offers Pepsi products.
We will not likely return anytime soon.

Drive thru. Ordered white meat. Didn’t get it. Asked for two biscuits. Only got one. No utensils. How do you eat a pot pie without a spork. No napkins. By the time I noticed, we already both in the car and many miles away. Spent $34. Very disappointed. Inedible. How do I get a refund? When I complained on twitter, KFC reached out to me, but no refund.

Employees were unprofessional and rude to each other in front of customers and drive thru was out of order due to technical difficulties. Food was edible as to be expected.

I’ve discovered if I try to eat here all it does is piss me off and I end up leaving and going somewhere else. You wait forever in line, And by the time you get everything it’s either cold or wrong . one day I went inside and it took me half an hour to get a burrito.. this time I showed up I’ve ordered something simple and they had six kids walked up at the window and four cars in the drive thru waiting. Lobby was open but kids went drive thru window to put everyone else on hild. By the time I got my food it was cold and rubbery….
You know I have stayed away because this place was bad and I thought I’d give it another shot and I don’t know why I did. I won’t be doing it again that’s for sure…
