I was a CFA director for just short of 3 years, and this experience kinda disappointed me. My experience at CFA, on staff, doesn’t make me feel obligated or airheaded, but what it does do is it makes me familiar with the expectations and protocols of “servable food”; and this was not that. Just a bummer that this staff looked past those expectations and served this. I placed a mobile order and it was timely, but I went and sat down, prayed, took my sandwich out of the bag and the breading rubbed off on my hand.
I didn’t have time to not eat, and I knew that this food wasn’t “bad” as in not cooked because of my familiarity, but it was a bummer.
– poorly made chicken
– poorly made Mac and cheese
– not full fries (and I know that they shrink as time passes, but I grabbed this bag as soon as they made it)
– no fork in the bag
– sauce and salt was inside the fry box
Especially for a location without a drive thru
Staff was very nice though!

I usually visit this particular Chick Fil A location during my lunch hour and they are friendly and quick. For the high volume they experience, the restaurant remains clean and clutter free.

This is not a full Chick-fil-A location, this is a Chick-fil-A Express in the RSA Tower, but with that being said, this crew works hard to keep up with a lot of state employees and tourists that stay in the nearby hotels. It can get very busy during peak breakfast and lunch times, so I recommend ordering via the app unless you are killing time. The staff is always polite and helpful and I visit this restaurant several times a week and, after a year of working in the building, I am still not tired of Chick-fil-A

Friday AM visit: Good food of course but VERY slow service. No wait to order but there were about 7 people already waiting on food. After waiting ourselves for over 5 minutes for just two chicken biscuits we understood why so many were waiting in front of us…slow service.

I can definitely see why they are famous! The chicken was well cooked and the signature fries were nice. I wished the burger had at least some mind of vegetables, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. But you know what, the Chick-fil-A sauce was awesome and I want a whole bottle of it.

As far as Chick-fil-A goes, this is one if the best. The restaurant is set up like a cafeteria line, where you choose your sandwich and fries (which are always full) and help yourself to drinks and condiments. It moves fast and stays busy at lunchtime. Because it’s in the RSA Tower building it’s only open for breakfast and lunch in weekdays. Parking is a huge pain. Your best bet is a metered spot on the street. The limited parking in the basement under the building is mostly reserved for the bank.

A new Chick-fil-A company runs this location now, and it has not been a easy transition every since the previous managers left it’s been nothing but issue after issue with this location. Granted some of the employees are great, have great personalities, and are willing to take care of your order. However, I would not say that about all of the employees there. The cashiers are very RUDE. They are the faces the customer see from the beginning to end so they need be trained on customer service. I went in there this morning to order a cup of coffee and get a refilled on my drink. The cashier asked me was I buying a drink and I said no I was trying to refill it. She said that I would have to buy a drink. I said “NO”, I was buying the coffee “ONLY”. She stated that I would have to buy a drink in order to refill. I said ok, I want the coffee. Then I said I will get ice, she said the ice cups are behind me. I said I don’t need an ice cup. She goes to ask me am I buying drink and I said again “NO”. She calls for a worker there and say she has a problem. At this point I’m getting pissed off because you do not have a problem. I told the worker she do not have a problem, but she is creating one so I got loud. Why am I going back an forth with you when I told you what I wanted and what I was paying for which was the coffee. I don’t want to make this about race but that’s what it seemed to be about because I am a black female and she made sure she to call the black employee. I did not give the cashier time to explain what was going on because their was not a problem. I told the other employee what I wanted and she understood just fine. I told her don’t worry about the coffee. I DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND MY MONEY AT ALL HERE. When I was leaving she was trying to be funny and say have a great day and I hollered it back for her to have a great day as well. The more I thought about what took place I went back to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize however it shouldn’t have came to that point for a manager over a cup of coffee and a refill. I understand policies and procedures and every job have them and has to follow them. When the cashier stated I couldn’t get a refilled I was fine with that. I had the issue with her trying to make it like I had a problem when I didn’t. They label black women as being angry etc. I WAS NOT THAT AT ALL. I will not be spending another cent at this location. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This Chick-fil-A consistently makes a mistake with one of my coworkers’ order when we eat there together. It’s little stuff like forgetting the fork or bringing fries to the table instead of the fruit cup. Today it was a missing entree. I appreciate the delivery to the table but a little more attention to the details is needed. Otherwise employees there are friendly and the food is delicious.
