Never fails they ALWAYS mess up our order. Wish I was exaggerating but it’s every single time. This morning I went and ordered 5 sausage egg McMuffins and 3 of them were wrong and 1 had hair. 2 were missing cheese and one was missing egg. Incredibly frustrating and gross.

-Only one of the two lanes was being attended at the drive thru
-They brought my the wrong order and I had to tell them what I had (2 hot and spicies, medium fries and a medium coke)
-They forgot my fries and asked me to wait out front
-Been waiting out front for at least 25 minutes, ate my whole meal and still no fries.

I love the service I receive every morning from Fabiola. She is truly the sweetest and always assures my visit was pleasant. I pass by my neighborhood location just to come here for her service. Keep her she is a EXCELLENT PERSON AND EMPLOYEE! Keep it up mama you are appreciated more then you know!

On 1/22/26 around 11-12 noon I drove thru got my grandson a happy meal free thru my points & got me a small order of fries. The cost was $3.25. I paid with $4.00, then the person at the window I paid to says “I’m sorry I have no change is that ok”. What? I know it’s just 75 cents but no change at all, come on! I said no I have 25 cents, give me a dallor back. She looked confused & called someone to help her.

The food quality was satisfactory; however, the curbside pickup experience presented challenges. Despite utilizing the designated spot for 30 minutes, the order was not delivered promptly. Upon inquiry, it was observed that staff members were not actively attending to customer needs. This feedback is provided to facilitate service improvements, and it is hoped that management will address these operational inefficiencies.

This place is the absolute worst, we place an order in advanced and somehow always have to wait 30 minutes to get anything. In the app we even press the “im already here” button so they can start making the order. Employees literally ignore you when you try to ask them for help and will walk about without hesitation. Never any help here and it sucks because they’re the closest one to us. Bad management allowing bad behavior. We literally asked the guy for help and he said “mhmm” walked to the back and started throwing sauce packets at another employee while we just stood there. Took until the manager attended us before anything was done

Mcdonalds is almost the worst restaurant when it comes to customer service. Every restaurant has kiosk now, but all that did was make it more crowded and disorganized in THE LOBBY. they focus on drive thru orders but totally disregard all the customers dining in. Delivery drivers are waiting up to 30 minutes for orders. It’s RIDICULOUS. i HATE going to mcdonalds now.

Went through the drive through and ordered an order of carne asada fries, 2 California burritos and a chicken nugget kids meal. I checked the kids meal and the carne asada fries in the parking lot because I ordered them soft cooked and isn’t the first time they didn’t get them right. Well needless to say I had to go back through the drive through and get the carne asada fries fixed. Since the kids meal was fine I assumed the rest was too but when I got home my wife and son were not happy! Rightfully so because the fries in their California burritos were old burnt and really hard. They tried to salvage them by taking out the worst of the fries, but they didn’t even finish their burritos cause the taste was unavoidable. So we have tried to call before and was told we needed to return the food and receipt no matter if you live far away. Feel they don’t care about their customers very disgusting behavior from a food service company!

I just walked out!! The crew attendant didn’t know where the Sausage McMuffin button and said he couldn’t locate it. Like cmon man?! Why do you even have on the McDonalds Uniform on then?! I literally just walk out. I’ve never had that happen before in my life, but it’s no surprise, Stay Away from this McDonalds!

I went through the drive-through line and had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. I didn’t order anything that should take that long to prepare. The three cars behind me got their food and left. I had to go park my car in the front, go in McDonalds to get my food. Not a happy customer.
