Was the first and last time I’ll be coming here, they had an a small poster advertising lobster and crab rolls, so I decided to try they warm lobster roll, jumbo… you order at a small speaker…so when I went to order my Jumbo warm lobster roll….they said they weren’t doing that anymore and I said well you are still advertising it on your poster then some obnoxious guy came on the speaker and said “ that there was nothing to do about that because that haven’t got their new posters in yet “ I said yes you can do something about it “I said get some tape or something and cover it up because as far as the poster says you’re still selling JUMBO” anyways good thing I didn’t get the jumbo lobster roll, the lobster was served chewy and in huge pieces and inedible my dogs didn’t even want to eat it that’s how bad it tasted. The bread was over toasted, the so called seasoned butter was just seasoned oil and some sauce packet that resembled secret sauce from MCDS…worst $15 I spent. And the sad part is I’m still hungry

Pretty disappointed with our experience. Got a side of steak, side of shrimp, a la cart crab sandwich abs a chicken snack wrap. 40 bucks. My steak wasn’t in strips, it was tiny cubes, and most of what I got was tendon and fat and I couldn’t eat it. My kid found quite a few crab shells in her roll. A few are expected, but this was a lot. It was also a pretty long wait. Really bummed.

The food was so fresh and delicious! From their crispy fries, to the warm butter. My children and I loved it! The portions are very reasonable for the price you pay. I’ve seen reviews complaining about size but you’re paying 11.99 for a lobster roll, and fries AND a drink, when the lobster roll alone should be at least $14! The employees seemed to have great chemistry and were prompt and professional when taking our order and handing it to us!

This place is awesome. It’s only a drive-through/walk up window and the staff is very friendly. The food is awesome! It’s great given the fact that we are in Arizona… very far away from the ocean. For the great price and location/what it ultimately is it’s a great deal. We got the warm buttered crab roll, warm buttered lobster roll, fried cod meal, and fried shrimp meal. All of the food was hot and fresh and my favorite was actually the lobster roll. Highly recommend and will be going again!

This place has VERY good food and reasonable prices. My husband and I got hot lobster, snow crab and the hot scallops sandwich meals. All are very well made. Angie’s Energy Drink and the Energized Berries and Cream drinks are both very good. Angie’s Energy drink has a powerful flavor which I find unexpectedly very good and the berries and cream is mellow. The only complaint I would have about this place, it’s is easy to fix (BTW they fixed this – 08/04/2025), please make sure drinks are out first before food as there’s nothing worse than holding hot food while waiting for your drinks to be ready.
Otherwise, very top notch food. Energy drinks can compete with Dutch Bros. Highly recommended to try for those who enjoy eating shellfish!
Other things to know, there’s a QR code to scan out front if you are avoiding the drive thru. Also, there’s a tablet out front to order from. It is take-out only.

So disappointed and disgusted with this place! Ordered a salad and there was A PINK PRESS-ON ON NAIL IN IT! So GROSS! Terrible customer service in person. Contacted corporate via email and they resolved with full refund. So disgusted they obviously dont wear gloves when handling food.

Quick, easy drive thru- warm lobster roll was better than I expected. My last lobster roll was in Massachusetts so I didn’t have high expectations here and was pleasantly surprised. Good stuff. Will return. Oh. That pink energy drink is amazing also!

Look, it’s a $10 lobster roll. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s pretty good for $10. The lobster meat tasted like lobster, albeit a little plain so you gotta make use of their sauces which are pretty tasty. There were 1-2 small shell pieces in my sandwich. The portion size was pretty decent. It’s $2 more to make the sandwich a meal which gives you fries and a soda. The drive thru was pretty strange, they have the menu first and then you pull up and order at a credit card scanner. Be aware it’s card only, no cash. The food came out immediately and the workers were friendly. Overall I’d go back if I’m craving a lobster roll and it’s nice that it’s so inexpensive.

This place is so good. I got the warm lobster roll meal and it tasted so fresh. The butter and sauce makes it even more better. I also got the spicy honey shrimp roll which is my favorite. I went around 1:15pm and I only had to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru line. I like how the ordering process is by kiosk. It makes it go by faster. 10/10 I definitely recommend .
