I got their large iced honey lavender latte and it was very delicious. It even came in a cute cup. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. I have gotten their mojitos with red bull and they were delicious and refreshing. The prices aren’t bad.

I stopped In this morning because I had a hankering for a cinnamon latte. I walked in and asked if they had cinnamon syrup. They do not. Tolene, the young lady who took my order said that gingerbread syrup was the closest thing that they had but said that she can add powdered cinnamon to the espresso so that the espresso can have a cinnamon taste. She proceeded to make me the best cinnamon/gingerbread latte ever!!! Talk about making a customer happy! It was delicious!!

A nice shop, friendly staff. Ordered the pizza that sounded great, olives and roasted peppers only to receive 2 pieces of texas toast with canned sauce and cold cheese, for $11, extremely disappointing. Coffee was great, tiramisu was great.

I visited Cello Café after hearing favorable comments about the establishment and expected a quality experience consistent with its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below any reasonable consumer standard.
I purchased two beverages at a total cost of $20 and, in good faith, added a gratuity in recognition of what initially appeared to be satisfactory service. However, upon tasting the drinks, it became immediately apparent that they were overwhelmingly diluted with milk and bore little resemblance to the beverages ordered. The quality was objectively deficient and inconsistent with what any reasonable customer would expect for the price charged.
When I approached staff to request a reasonable remedy—either a remake of the drinks or a refund—I was met not only with refusal, but with dismissive and discourteous behavior. The outright denial of any corrective action, coupled with an unprofessional attitude, reflects a troubling disregard for basic customer service principles and consumer fairness.
Businesses have a fundamental obligation to provide goods that conform to what is advertised and purchased. Refusing to correct a demonstrably unsatisfactory product, particularly after accepting payment and gratuity, raises serious concerns regarding business ethics and customer care standards.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Prospective customers should carefully consider whether the quality of product and service justifies the premium pricing. I regret spending approximately $25 in total and will not be returning.

Oh my word. The crepes here is incredible, gooey, and not too sweet. The Turkish coffee is top notch. The quality, atmosphere, and customer service is just right! Highly recommend stopping in if you want some heavenly food and drinks!!

Absolutely loved this cozy café! The Spanish latte was perfectly balanced. It was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. We also tried the pistachio crepe, which was a highlight. It was beautifully presented with ice cream on top. The turkey sandwich was fresh and flavorful. It was really satisfying without being heavy. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was warm and attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great coffee spot with delicious bites!

I recently visited this charming cafe under new management, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! Family-owned and run, the warmth and care they put into every aspect of the cafe is evident from the moment you walk in. The drinks are incredible—smooth, flavorful, and the perfect pick-me-up. But what really stole the show for me were the crepes and avocado toast. Honestly, they were to die for—fluffy, perfectly cooked, and filled with the most delicious ingredients. The ambiance was incredibly welcoming, making it a great place to relax, enjoy a meal, and unwind. I can’t wait to return!

Very beautiful place with laid back vibes. Tried the crepes and coffee. I had the lotus crepe, and my husband had the pistachio crepe. Also tried a white chocolate mocha and a caramel machiatto. Everything was good and filling. The staff were very friendly too. Would return again.

Such a great place to hang out and enjoy some yummy drinks and food! Nice atmosphere, cute decor and they had a section to sit that was swings! Everyone was surprised at how good the coffee and desserts were. Staff were friendly and offered a sample to taste when I couldn’t make up my mind. They also gave a free tea to try out! I ordered the Turkish coffee and a piece of pistachio cheesecake. So tasty! Everything homemade. Thank you guys!

Sad to say I’m not coming back here again. My family and I liked this place more than the others and always came for desserts. I ordered a takeout order around three weeks ago and the dubai crepes were no good. They were soggy and dry with hardly had any chocolate or pistachio on them. For $50, you’d expect better. From past visits and orders, I expected better. I called them the next morning and the person I spoke to offered me 2 free crepes. Today I called again to order the 2 free crepes and they wouldn’t honor it. They told me the employee didn’t tell them anything about it even though she told me she’d let everyone know and send my name to their group chat. They claimed she was a new worked and basically didn’t know what she was doing. The owner claimed that because it was 3 weeks later she couldn’t do it, but I was not told that it had to be within the same week. I tried to explain the situation, but with her attitude on the phone she did not seem to care about what I had to say at all. Hardly gave me the chance to speak. They offered me 1 free crepe, but after the customer service I received, which I see is in an issue in other reviews as well, I wouldn’t want anything from them. As an added bonus the owner wanted to make the girl pay for them. I wouldn’t do that to someone. Don’t give your employees the okay if you can’t honor it.
