Delicious food, great service and a charming ambiance. I moved to the area about five years ago and I’ve been missing out on Gabriel’s this whole time! I love the history and being in an older building really evokes a charming atmosphere. I feel like a lot of restaurants like a modern design but that can be boring when it is overdone. So when you are here you really feel like you are somewhere different and memorable. It reminds me of a lot of our mountain town houses. The service was excellent. Our server checked on us a million times and quickly brought us new bread when ours was a little hard. The food was excellent aside from the initial overdone bread that had been sitting out or whatever. I was a little nervous when that happened but thankfully that was a fluke. Everything else was delicious. Normally I like to eat and get going but this is the kind of place where you actually enjoy relaxing for awhile. It also seemed to be packed with cheery regulars and that always creates a nice ambiance as well. I look forward to coming back and I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of fine dining or long-standing local establishments.

outstanding wait staff who go above and beyond to correct any mistakes! they serve 3 course meals and have great options for each. the food was great classic italian. we did have a small hiccup with the lamb shank special, it came out a tad cold and the potatoes were beyond burnt. we don’t like being difficult so we just asked for the dish to just get warmed up for a bit and our waitress gave us a new side of mashed potatoes too! absolute redemption, it was all delicous. we came here for our anniversary and they of course gave us a free dessert at the end too. oh and the decor is so beautiful and homey. thanks for a great night!

My wife and I just celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary at Gabriel’s. It was our first time to dine here, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The food, as well as the service, was absolutely superb. We will be making this our go-to restaurant for fine dining, and look forward to trying many more menu selections. It will be a dining experience you will not regret!

Great little restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent food. Reservation only, and really expensive, but for a special occasion, this is a quaint little place. The staff was excellent and they made for a great evening.

If you want a unique dining experience then this is your place. I have eaten here at least 6 times and have NOT had a bad meal. It is great for couples to have a fancy (or semi-fancy) night out. I have gone on weekends and every time the owners greet you at the front door. The actual restaurant is in an old house, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Last night I tried the lobster bisque (Best I Have Had). I also had the Lobster & Shrimp, which was excellent. I also had the Signature Honey Smoked Salmon Primavera Appetizer, which again was off-the-chain GREAT!

We went here for the first time and had an awesome experience! I was celebrating my birthday and our server, Kim, brought me a slice of cheesecake with a candle in it! The food was prepared perfectly.

Elegant surroundings and cozy atmosphere. Great food and service for the price. Love the three course set up – you can choose between three or four great options for each course. Highly recommend for an anniversary celebration or a nice date night.

Views and atmosphere are wonderful! I thought the risotto could have been a little creamier, but the service and food tasted great! Will be back for more!

I ordered the sea bass. See picture.
