Awful customer service, also asking for light ice because of this exact reason right here? there should not be a CHUNK of ice in my drinks i’m paying 7 dollars for a drink. we asked politely for light ice and they rolled their eyes and refused to to it and said there would be less in the drink.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Unprofessional calling me curse words before opening the window like I can’t hear it… all because I ordered 3 dozen donuts at the drive in window, instead of calling the night before hand. I was lectured not once but twice for this. Do not make it my problem that you did not make enough because I don’t care. I will be calling corporate for this and I will be back to make sure that this location is better staffed, because what you have now is trash.

Yikes! Grabbed a coffee with cream (supposed to be fresh brewed) it was warm and not good at all. I handed it back and he gave me a hot cup but it was weak and tasted like dish soap. Very disappointing

Ever wonder why you don’t see a line of cars here? Probably cause it’s actually awful. Got a sandwich. It was literally soggy bread that they threw a cold egg, cheese, and sausage patty on. Asked for hot chocolate with whipped on it they put it on the doughnut. The munchkins were cold like they had just came out of the fridge and tasted like old dirty plastic. Just awful

Me and my brother like to come here before and after school. We love the drinks, but to get deals at every other place you have to use the app, and that’s what we do. Except when we use the app and set our order at the drive thru, we get scolded for not doing so earlier. I don’t understand. Are they going to make our drinks and let them sit for 15 minutes before we get there, or do they expect us to order as we’re driving? At this point I’m uncomfortable going to Dunkin because I have issues talking to people for my order and it’s also much easier to get a close look at the menu, as someone with glasses.
This morning it was in a long line of cars, they had more than enough time to see our order before we told them the number, and yet we got scolded. You’ve lost a customer from me.

I grew up on lemon filled donuts and coffee at Dunking Donuts in the Boston area and love Dunking Donuts, BUT they have really changed their business model or this is the worst franchise they have. No lemon donuts, and the coffee tasted like hot dish water. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunking Donuts. You’re far better of at a Caseys or Pump and Pantry where the coffee is good. I am very disapointed.

Well I found myself in Hastings NE and wanting a cup of coffee. My last review of Dunkin Donuts was not good and now it needs revision. I ordered coffee and a lemon donut and was told the same thing as the last time I was here; “We don’t sell lemon donuts.” I don’t know why this particular DD doesn’t have lemon donuts and maybe other locations don’t either although I have never seen a DD who didn’t have them and that’s a real negative for me. So I ordered a cup of coffee with cream and a Boston Creme donut. Both were great! The coffee was strong, hot and very good. The Boston Creme donut was outstanding. The service was snarky going through the “drive thru” but it may be that I was asking too many questions about why they had no lemon donuts. Anyway, I have updated my review to reflect the totality of this visit and added a few pictures

We ordered online. As we did, there were several things unavailable. We ended up ordering several things that were available. Upon receiving our items at the window, they haded us something we did not order and closed thw window swiftly. We told them, “This is not what we ordered.”. Their response was, “It’s the best we can do.”. I have yet to have a good experience with them.
