Stay away from this Taco Bell. People working there are very inconsiderate and when given the order – very unprofessional.
The only thing half decent was the fries that I ordered. Chalupa is something I have never seen. Check the picture and you can see.

Bad service, didn’t even barely put cheese on my quesadilla. Asked them to remake it and they cut the second one worse than a pre schooler with plastic scissors. Do not recommend. $11 for a quesadilla meal. Not worth it. Rude employees.

Ordered the 9 dollar “deluxe” box with another order, and got treated to two of the Tacos being the size of half my hand together (appeared WAY bigger on the menu) and missing the beef chalupa.
Even if it did come with the beef chalupa, the box it self was a huge let down with the price to size and even quality of what was even there.

They don’t ask for round up donations at this location. They automatically do it without asking. Has happened multiple times. This last time they rounded up $1.02. It’s theft. Better get your receipts at this location. I’ll be speaking with the RGM next week.

Really sad to see how the food quality has gone down over the years. Our Chalupa shell wasn’t cooked all the way. We decided to try the nuggets and the chicken was stale and you could tell it had been deep fried multiple times (like it was re-warmed). Hopefully the manager or the owner will fix these issues.

This Taco Bell in frankenmuth is an absolute disaster. When they forgot 2 of our items through the drive through they proceeded to ask us for our bag back and dug through the bag telling us ”we didn’t forget anything and we know that because we took our time on your order.” Not only was this a health violation, but it’s also just plain disgusting the way we were treated. I highly do not recommend this location, the employees were extremely disrespectful.

I have been eating Taco Bell once every other day since I was a freshman in college. I have now graduated and I am excelling in my field thanks to the fuel that Taco Bell provided me. The emotional connection I feel to Taco Bell is unmatched.
