This place is great. Ordering process on the device is simple and easy. The milkshakes are super high quality. They’re very thick. I’ve tried the Oreo funnel cake one and also the final chocolate one. I’ve tried the smoky classic BBQ burger and the smoke shack. Both were great. Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the college park area.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a disappointing experience with the general manager, Marco. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted at all. Instead, Marco asked me what I wanted in a rude and unfriendly tone. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a general manager, he should be setting a positive example for customer service. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unprofessional and left a bad impression.

After working a long 12-hour shift, I stopped by hoping to enjoy a meal, especially since I had not eaten all day. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed two employees standing in the back engaged in conversation rather than assisting customers. It was a female and a lightskin guy named Evan or Ethan. I waited approximately 10 minutes before my order was taken, despite them appearing available while other staff members were actively working.When I finally received my food, I was initially relieved, but that quickly changed when I discovered a hair in my meal. This was extremely off-putting and caused me to lose my appetite entirely. Given the wait time and the lack of attention to food cleanliness, this experience did not meet basic expectations for customer service or hygiene.

First time here. It was really good. Super clean and modern inside. I’m not sure why we got table numbers if they don’t bring your food to you, but regardless, the food was great. I got the avocado bacon cheese burger and added pickles, bacon cheese fries, and their holiday frozen hot cocoa brownie shake. 100% worth the massive number of calories LOL. I’ll be back, but for a normal amount of food next time. The burger could use more seasoning, but that’s just my preference.

I had the pleasure of visiting Shake Shack today, January 2, 2025, and I want to take a moment to recognize Cynthia for her outstanding customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and while I’ve always received my food on trays, I noticed that today it was handed to me in a bag. When I expressed my concerns, instead of arguing with me like her other co worker did Cynthia was incredibly understanding and explained that they no longer provide trays.
What really stood out was how Cynthia went above and beyond to assist me. She was not only kind and courteous but also attentive to my needs without drawing attention to my disability. Her thoughtful assistance made my experience much more comfortable.
Cynthia truly embodies great customer service, and I appreciate her efforts in making my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Cynthia, for your kindness!

I went here on 12/20/24, the food was great and delivered to my table fast! But what really stood out to me was the people there. I could’ve ordered at the kiosk, but the cashier said she could take me. She had a great attitude and a willing desire to help (this is not a paid review by the way, she was just very sweet, wish i knew her name to shout her out), anyways while I was at the register the manager came over… he was a very kind caring man, I never got to thank him for his assistance; but him and my cashier were amazing! I’ll be letting others know to come here and I’ll come back for sure. 100% recommend the cheeseburger with fried onions!
