Food and service were excellent! Only complaint is that it doesn’t require location before ordering or allow you to change location before you checkout. Automatically puts your last location. You go thru the whole process to place the order and it says “you seem far away, is this the correct location”. If you say no it abandons your order and you have to start over. Frustrating! Especially because it also says no refund for wrong location. Make it less likely that someone might do so.

Went to go some Subs this afternoon and watched the dude preparing food turn around and sneeze in his hands. He went back to making food. Asked him to change his gloves all three of the workers this includes who I assume is the manager just look around. Even when we repeated asking if he could change gloves because we didnt want to eat sneeze, he just stared at us and proceeded to pull meat, the others looked like they were not going to say anything. We walked out, gross. Eat at your own risk today.

Was really grossed out, and disappointed by the staff. They were eating at the sandwich prep station. There were probably 10 people sitting down, and 3 people in line. And tbey just ate like they were on break or something. Right in front of us all, and without a care. Had gloves on, and then went back to making orders, as if they hadn’t done anything.

The hot sauce bar was all empty bottles. All these employees standing around and can’t even put new bottles out. The garlic bread was a drizzle of garlic butter. So basically dry bread. Sometimes they put a pickle and sometimes they don’t even though I always ask for one.

Service was good at the counter but that was it. Ordered my food and watched 5 people who came in and ordered the same get theirs before me. By the time they asked if someone was missing a sub i had to leave. Got to work to find out they gave me the wrong one.
