Over charging customers. They have a sign saying $13.50 + tax. They charged me over $20. When I questioned the cashier, she said the manager told them to ring up higher prices and give the customer 10% employee discount. Watch out for the fraudulent advertising.

Well, I hate to do this. Nvr given panda bad report, but this is also toward doordash or whoever it falls on. Ordered a drink and plate of chow main and rice, side orange chicken. I was given the wrong order that wasn’t mine, only thing I got was the drink, it was correct. The food was another name on it.
And to make it worse, dasher told me call store and they’ll fix it, why would he care, he got my tip already… well, can’t report it if they don’t answer there dam phones. Called 15 times!!! No answer… so sad!!! DO BTR PANDA!!!

I generally love Panda Express.. this location definitely tarnishes the Brand. Owners/operators/ Corporate should be ashamed of this place. Ordered a family meal an hour before close. Said they were not making any more food. Lo mien they were going to pack was just scraps. I told them I’m no longer interested and I walked out. I confirm all of the poor reviews of this place.

We ordered so much food and on the receipt it says 8 sweet and sour, 5 teriyaki sauce and we got none. No sauce for our egg rolls, rice or chicken. It’s happened multiple times that’s the only reason I’m writing a review. They need to do better because I got home and just made something else to eat. I can’t drive back because my babies are asleep now.

Too much rice and too little protein! And I spend a $1.50 extra to get the Honey Walnut Shrimp. It feels like I have been ripped off every time I go there. So, I am sure this time will really be last time I ever go there.

Don’t know why I came here after seeing all the bad reviews. Employees could care less you’re here to spend $. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 min watching them laugh and have a blast and completely ignore actual customers.
