I work around the area and I decided that I want baked ziti and chicken francese. The mall is not so busy at lunchtime so it was perfect the baked ziti was hot and very cheesy the chicken francese was grilled to perfection this definitely wasn’t my first time here. Shoutout to Abdul the server he was respectful and very friendly.

I used to buy here all of the time until the service became so bad. Nobody speaks English and the one man that barely speaks english is unbelievably rude and nasty. MD ABDUL!
Apparently they charge you tax and a convenience fee and when you ask why a convenience fee, you get ignored and ridiculed to the other workers.
It’s sad and pathetic what this place has come to. The food isn’t even worth it anymore because they barely give you anything but loads of rice and when you ask for a few more vegetables, they charge you an entire side order for 2 pieces of carrots. Unbelievable.
This place sucks.

Service was fine, the cashier was friendly but didn’t really understand my request. I ordered the pastrami sandwich combo and it was only okay. I asked for Russian dressing instead of mustard on the sandwich and instead got mustard in the sandwich with a side of Russian dressing lol the sandwich itself was nothing like the picture and had 4 slices of pastrami. Fries were decent. Guess I should have expected that from a mall food court.

I was waiting in line to order fresh juice. When it was my turn to order, I can feel the negative energy from the manager to his employee. As I was waiting, the manager was saying something to his employee, could not hear what exactly it was but I can tell it was very unprofessional. When the employee came to me to ask me what I wanted to order, he says ” what do you want” I was very calm I ordered what I wanted. The manager would stare at me which felt very uncomfortable. As per the employee, when he finished making my juice, he placed it on top of the glass and waves his hand gesturing me to leave. There was no “have a nice day”. Manger kept standing there staring at me until I left. This was very discriminatory against me.

Today I had a frustrating experience at Delicatessen Deli while ordering a meal. When I attempted to pay, the transaction declined twice, but on the third try, Google Pay confirmed that the payment was successful. Despite this, the manager, Nickel, refused to give me my food because the receipt didn’t print on his end. Even after showing my transaction history, which showed a $14.97 charge, he insisted that without a receipt, I wouldn’t get my food. I was told to call my bank, which confirmed that the transaction had indeed gone through and advised me to dispute the charge for a refund. In the end, I had to order from somewhere else and pay another $15 for lunch. The manager’s handling of the situation was disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this establishment.

I only ordered french fries and it was worth the money and taste. I just want to mention that their grilled chicken is halal which I will give it a shot next time. The cashier was so patient and had answered my questions with patience and respectfulness. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area to try halal options.

Just got a nice pastrami sandwich with fries with my brother here. It was delicious and they also had a great variety of other foods such as burgers, chicken sandwiches and soups. It also has a variety of smoothies and drinks. Food was reasonably priced considering it is in the mall and for the food you get. Go check it out and get some nice deli food!

Two really rude employees work here. I was ignored at the counter because I was at the “wrong counter” that the manager helped me from a week earlier. Thankfully, a customer came by to order and the short Latino lady went to help her, since the customer isn’t rude and saw what was happening, she let me go first. She got her food first anyway and mine came out burnt. Dirty look and nothing said to me during this whole time, cant wait to see that manager again soon.
