I walked into this Chipotle today to redeem my birthday reward! The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl who helped me. She was AMAZING! I walked in and she was super friendly. I told her I was there to redeem my chips and guac reward. She said it was just guac if I wanted it anyway I said yes. When I kept scanning the code it didn’t go through. I tried like 5 times she finally said don’t worry just take it happy birthday. Then she reached behind her and gave me chips too! She made my birthday special and I will be bringing business here even more! Thank you

The reviews write themselves at this point. Did chipotle run out of tortillas or just a lack of competent workers? I ordered a burrito and I got a bowl instead. Imagine getting this delivered and you’re stuck with a completely wrong order.
Side note: the Carne Asada is absolutely disgusting. It is just fatty meat. Do not get it.

Great food. One thing I noticed is the guy didn’t even fill my bowl to full. for the price I paid I should have got a full Bowl. I saw that he had served somebody else and their bowls were completely full. The meal was delicious though. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend.

Honestly I’m shocked at all the negative comments. The staff here has always been helpful and prompt. Working in customer service can be hard but everyone seems actually friendly. I come here 1-2x a week because it’s the closest lunch option near my work that has high protein and organic options and the crew is great. Never run out of dressing. Never skimping on portions for to-go orders or in store. I like the atmosphere here, there are always clean tables and despite them working very quickly it doesn’t feel chaotic (at least from where customers can see everything runs smoothly).

I went in for a veggie bowl the first young lady who helped me was very kind. She put the veggies in the bowl and asked the guy next to her if he could add the protein. He turned around and gave me his back. A few seconds later the first person who helped me asked him again and he said ok still with his back to me. The girl went to pour the protein herself and then he turned around. I guess they had just cut up some chicken but he never once said anything to her or to myself. I’m not sure why people have such bad attitudes towards customers when we’re just trying to put in our order. The rest of the questions her asked were very blunt. Never looked up just looked down. Then to top it off they didn’t even have lettuce. Just about the worst experience at a chipotle ever.

I totally forgot the girls name who helped me but she was very petite Mexican,dark haired,brown eyes and hair pulled back in a bunish hair do and fluent in English and Spanish l want to say she must be around 19 – 25 years of age. However, this young lady was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and proceeded to ask me what I would like, she was soft spoken but super sweet and pleasant to speak with. She didn’t rush me and answered my questions like if she was engaging with me and not annoyed or thought my questions were dumb. I don’t go to Chipotle often but I do eat out a lot and have been a store manager for 21 years and I know what great customer service is and what I expect out of my associates and she was a good example of one.. thank you and keep up the great work I will be coming in today for another yummy burrito

Been here three times and the service is always friendly and the food is always good.
Having eaten at a few Mexican restaurants in the area, I would say Chipotle the best combo of taste at a cheaper price.
