On a cold snowy day I ordered from this Little caesars off of the app. As soon as I open the box, I noticed there was way too much salty seasoning on the cheese sticks, I attempted to take a bite after wiping as much off as I could , and it still was not edible. There was piles of the seasoning in the box as well.! it’s like the lid fell off and they didn’t care! The Manager Barrett definitely did not care. He told me there was nothing he could do unless I came out in the snow and brought the cheese sticks back and that I cannot even take a bite or else they couldn’t do anything! How unacceptable the worst customer service ever he was very rude when I tried to explain I cannot drive in the snow that’s why I had it delivered! He said there’s nothing I can do even if he was gonna give me a refund or credit I would have to come in for that!! this was the worst experience. I will never order pizzas from here again.! Do Better Barrett as a manager lead by example treat your customers with the courtesy and respect they deserve!! And to have other employees, laughing in the background is not professional!

The worst service I have ever recieved here! I ordered their puffs and the cashier tried to give me ones that had clearly sat in the warmer for hours. It was dried up and sunken in. When I asked for fresh she proceeded to tell me it would be 25 min. I gladly waited…only to get it soping in the garlic butter sauce. It got all over my car, the box and my clothing. I am not even sure I am going to be able to get the oil stain out! I did not deserve this treatment! There is supposed to be a level of standard here for food prep and respect for your customers! I expected more from this company and am completely disapointment in this unprofessional behavior. How very disappointing to be treated in such a fashion!

I knew when they cooked my Personal pan pizza the lunch special in 6 minutes something was not right. My pizza was disgusting, it was not cooked all the way. If it was not snowing I would go back and get my money back. I would rather wait 15 minutes and have my food cooked all the way so I wont get sick, than get it raw in 6 minutes. This is unacceptable please get management to train the cooks. Sincerely a disappointed Army Soldier.

Came in late about 10 pm and ordered a Hawaiian pizza, stuffed crusted pepperoni, crazy bread and crazy puffs I also ordered marinara sauce to go with the crazy bread. 1. No sauce. 2. The crazy bread was good but some of the bigger pieces were doughy and not cooked thoroughly. 3. The stuffed crusted pepperoni wasn’t cut not even an attempt to be cut. 4. The Hawaiian doesn’t even look edible the box looks used the pizza and the box have become one with each other

I tried ordering one of the two topping pizza deals for $5.99 today, my app wouldn’t work it kept rejecting saying that I had to call the store. Up on calling the store, and talking to the Shift Manager Faith she told me she was sorry there was nothing she could do for me. That I would have pay full price, they cannot honor the app if it isn’t work. This is unacceptable!

Great pizza, delicious! But for some silly reason, the employees of this location are physically INCAPABLE of exerting enough pressure to penetrqte the pizza crust, lmao! It’s a joke in our house. I guess, thank you for always “scoring” the top of the pizza so we know where to cut it.

Ordered 8 pizzas costing around 75 or a little more. Brought in a $100. to pay cause knowing it was gonna cost that much. The girl at the register said they couldn’t take $100. I said you can’t give me 25 in change. She said no that wasn’t it. It was that they couldn’t take any bill over $50. I mean get small businesses that can’t do that. But they almost lost a good order. Cause i went next door to Papa Murphy’s to order but they seemed like they didn’t want my business either. So I went back to pay with a card. I think it’s ridiculous that they couldn’t take the $100. Don’t get me wrong it didn’t take long for me to get the pizza. Which is actually pretty nice about little caesars. She wasn’t rude about it or anything. Pretty soon we’re not going to be able to use cash to pay for anything it’s just going to be a card. Or maybe next time if I decide to go back to pay with 2-$50 bills. This is what we usually get every time we get Little Caesars to feed my family.

The pizza crust was different, it was supposed to be original crust, but it was as thin as cardboard. The pepperoni had no flavor and the paper thin crust was hard. The young girls at the counter had no customer service. I won’t go back.

Several times when ordering puffs, I have gotten steak cheese puffs instead of 4 cheese. When I request a refund for getting the wrong order, even when contacting them, I have never received a response. They are always getting orders wrong and with the steak cheese, it’s even more frustrating cause I can’t eat the meat and/or onions that is in it. So I end up wasting money everytime I order and they won’t even respond to me when shown my order and what I received.
