First time ordering from Pizza Hut in probably 8 years. Probably gonna be my last for at least that long. What happened?
Strike 1 – I ordered the Big New Yorker Pizza. It limited me to just 3 toppings. It’s my money… Let me add 4 toppings! The app said the limit was to keep it crispy. Well, it wasn’t crispy anyway.
Strike 2 – I ordered extra sauce. Honestly, that’s the most crucial part of my pie— I hate a dry pizza. I always go with extra sauce. My receipt even confirms “extra sauce.” But there was literally no sauce on the pie. If I order extra and get none… does that mean a regular sauce order gets negative sauce? How does that even work?
Strike 3 – Upon noticing the bone-dry pie, I turned around, went back to the store, and asked for some marinara sauce to fix it. I requested 3 to-go ramekins of sauce, and they charged me over $3 for them. So not only did I get the exact opposite of extra sauce, but I had to pay extra to make it right.
Booooooo, Pizza Hut… Boooooooo!
On the positive side, the pizza was hot, on time, and the girls in the store were nice

Decent food, but $27 for a medium pizza and 2 sodas is a bit steep. It’s the only pizza place open on a Sunday around here, though.

Last time ordering Pizza Hut , you spend 11$ for 6 wings and they give you a half a bone and count that as a wing , unreal for over a 1.50$ a piece, sad the local canton pizza isn’t what it once was .asked for one ranch with my pizza and they bring 3 and charge me 2.09 $ since when don’t you get a dipping sauce with a pizza , save yourself some time and support local like Josie’s pizzeria uptown canton great pizza and prices there

Ate my damn breadsticks so fast I barley got one in time for a pic . Ordered breadsticks extra seasoning and they were the best breadsticks I’ve had from any location PH. (Former employee here (04-05). Everyone was polite, place was super clean and I was really suprised to have a beer selection. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in town.

Ok before I put a one star! But I tried again and ordered the New Yorker pizza!!!!! Omg taste amazing! You should definitely try it if you don’t usually like there pizza mostly in canton! Yummmm

Ordered delivery, door dash was supposed to pick it up… after I placed the order door dash time frame was 30 mins… an 1:30 later called back and they said it was still in the warmer. Long story short, we went to pick up our food was cold. We will not order from this pizza hut again, This is not the first time there was an issue with this palce..
