I ordered the chicken at dobo and all I got was potatoes and bones. My rice, I was able to pick it all up with one hand. It looks like they took all the leftovers from the night and put it in my to go box and said it just telling me i’m sorry we’re out of chicken adobo. I did not have one full piece of chicken in there. It was a half of a drumstick. The only chicken I got. Potatoes were so old. You’ll never go back here

I have to say that i was extremely disappointed after taking the long drive from I-80, traveling from the Bay to Davis. After having their extremely delicious chicken thigh skewers at the Hawaiian Festival in Auburn this year, I figured I’d make the trip one day to their Brick & Mortar. When I arrived there last weekend, I was very impressed with the authentic Filipino cultural dishes. Was disappointed they didn’t have Pancit on the weekends and the skewers, both pork and chicken were EXTREMELY dry and nothing like the skewers made at events they take part in. After the long detour from the freeway and $25 with tip included, was by far a waste of time and money. Family owned staff were extremely kind tho.

Little Filipino snack and trinkets market inside. Outdoor seating. Food is made home style, with subtle flavors that anybody could love. We tried something like 6 of the classics and enjoyed them all. Sweet Filipina working the register was patient and helpful as I explained dishes to my companion. Located right next to the base, behind the gas station.

Terrible. Rice was old and so was everything else. Ordered chicken adobo and I got potatoes and bones. My rice, I was able to pick it all up with one hand which shows you how old it was. Never again, staying with Rollins

Generous portions of delicious, authentic Filipino food served up with a side of that famous Filipino hospitality. It felt like I was eating at a friend’s mom’s house. So sweet and kind. Also the Air Supply karaoke going in the background just made it such a perfect experience.

Katnas Kitchen has grown from a food truck at local events to a storefront, and we’ve loved watching the journey. The service is always friendly, the owners are welcoming, and the team takes care of every customer like family.

Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are solid. We’ve had the pancit, adobo, halo-halo, and even some of the breakfast options, all flavorful and cooked right. If you’re near Travis AFB or anywhere along Air Base Parkway and craving Filipino food, this is the spot to check out.

There’s a few tables inside and a couple outside. It’s usually pretty laid-back unless it gets busy, but either way they’re always ready to serve up something salty, sweet, and delicious. They also sell shirts and snacks inside, which gives the place a cool local vibe.

Support local. Eat well. Follow me and friend me for more honest reviews and real local gems.

The staff were super friendly! The food was delicious! I didn’t know what I wanted at first and the lady let my wife and I try a few samples to help us out. Would honestly come here once a week if I could!
