I am so overwhelmed with disappointment in this franchise Popeyes. The drive-through service was horrible. The man that’s at the window was so rude and disrespectful. I ordered the eight piece chicken. No sides, no drink. $22. Then I had to wait five extra minutes in the line Before the man asked me to pull over while he gets my order. I waited another 16 minutes in my car for eight pieces of chicken. The wait time was so bad I called them from my cell phone while sitting in my car. They had no idea where my order was??. I had to get out of my car and go inside to inquire about my chicken. Once again, the man at the window was rude and disrespectful. I tried to be patient. They gave me my chicken and it was cold and not as crunchy as it should’ve been.
I will not be back at this Popeyes. If you want good Popeyes chicken & Good service go to the Cheltenham and Wadsworth Avenue establishment. Stay away from Popeyes Abington

Thank you for your customer service . When we got home and opened our order,we were short 2 pieces of chicken. My husband called immediately and explained to the team member. She immediately asked the proper questions and he went back to pick up the order. When he picked it up, the service was extremely attentive. When he got home, they truly addressed the situation with additional product. Thank you for your attention to detail, your customer base and truly satisfying the consumer. Please keep up this positive service, we will be future customers. The chicken is top notch! Not greasy at all. Held the crunch, and the flavor & texture was well worth having to make the 2nd trip. The store is clean, tables clean and the atmosphere was good.

Poor service attitude: When asking a curly-haired male staff member for dipping sauce while picking up the food, he showed great reluctance, making the whole process unpleasant.
Insufficient food temperature: After receiving the meal, it was found that the food was almost cold, clearly not in the state it should be when freshly prepared and served.
Unsatisfactory fried food texture: Due to the temperature issue, all fried foods were not crispy but soft and tough, losing their flavor.
As a consumer, I hope the merchant can pay attention to product quality control and service details.

Went there to pick up an online order around 9:30 on new years eve. Doors were locked and i had to wait 10 minutes until someone from the counter told me to come to drive through. Went to the drive through pickup window to pick up my food. The dude at the drive through was full of attitude. He told me if I wanted my food, I would have to go around the drive through again and tell him i was there to pick up my food at the ordering window and come back to him. I was like what? I hope this dude goes to a restaurant to pick up something that he paid for and karma gets him.
The previous two times i ordered from here, my order was missing both times. Never coming back here again.

Ordered from this location at least 5 times for family members or friends. Each time, there were always items missing from the order. Either a biscuit, a side dish, a sandwich, the dipping sauces or other condiments clearly stated on the app. Even after confirming with drive thru employee and asking them if everything is in the bag, there was still something missing. Employees, even management do not pay attention to details.
