I bought becon egg breakfast sandwiches from this restaurant it was too good. But girl who’s on front very bad in customer service. She had bad attitude with customer and she talked rudely. And she don’t know how to wish everyone.

I ordered a sandwich and it was flatter than my ex. I even ordered extra meat and every bite was 90% bread. I wouldn’t mind paying what I paid for a great sandwich. But their prices do not match the value of the product at all.
My biggest concern for this business is definitely their customer service. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time the woman is on her phone, Facetiming someone, and speaking to them through her airpod even while ringing you up. She is doing this EVERY time I’ve stopped in. She hardly acknowledges you at all; not even a friendly smile or greeting. It’s incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional; the way I feel like a 13 year old would behave at their first job.
They are in the same plaza as Padrinos, which offers sandwiches and subs of much higher quality and fair portions & prices.

Breakfast sandwiches are good… Everything else they totally skimp on and overcharge through the roof.Other than breakfast, just go a few doors down in the same strip mall to Padrinos, huge portions, better tasting and cheaper. Sorry Rays but I don’t see you lasting or staying afloat too long.

Food is great, especially breakfast! Consistent as well. The sandwiches are delicious, ranging from breakfast sandwiches to hoagies. They have a menu to peruse when you’re in the store with a broader array of selections.
The staff is kind and will try to fulfill requests as long as they’re able. They’re also relatively quick and attentive, and handle being busy well.
The store itself is cute and has a fair selection of snacks and drinks to pick from, along with fresh coffee for the morning and a cappuccino machine. It’s clean, with tables outside to sit and eat.
If you’re in the area and craving something I definitely suggest stopping by here to grab a bite to eat. It hits the spot!

Food is good but please stop with burning the incense. I was in there for 5 minutes and I still smell it an hour later. The foil my sandwich was wrapped in smelled like it along with the napkins. Not sure I’ll order again if it’s like that the next time.

Big rays has some of the best food and selection for a deli of its type. Being open early with a wide variety of breakfast items is a great quality for this deli. The people inside are friendly and courteous and the cook makes the food top notch. Highly recommend this place

I got a new job across the street from this place, and of course I decided to try out their breakfast sandwich. Service was fast, staff was friendly, sandwich was great. Definitely going to try more things and only a minute away!
