So imagine a regular Starbucks and you’ve pretty much got the view of this one. It did take a lot to get attention of someone to take an order, but eventually they get around to it. That’s why there’s only three stars for service. I’m also only giving four stars for food because it’s a little expensive for what you get. But then again it’s Starbucks.

Not sure who is managing the staff here but since I’ve been in town visiting for my daily coffee, I have had the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Today I visited at 4:15 pm and just about had my last interaction with this incredibly rude, poorly trained staff. The younger boy with glasses who prepared my beverage, not only served me an incorrect beverage, but when I informed him it was not my order, had made consistently rude and childish remarks as opposed to just saying “sorry let me get you your actual beverage.” Additionally, the younger girl taking drive thru orders seems to struggle taking simple orders. How does one give me a “single” shot when I requested “blonde”. This is solely infuriating because I’m asking for simple modifications, being kind, and tipping sizably- as a regional myself for Starbucks in NY, I care about our partners- but this store was just sad. Whoever this young man is needs to be reverted to the basic fundamentals of not just customer service, but basic human courtesy. Absolutely embarrassing and distasteful.of this entire store.

Can’t go wrong with Starbucks!! I also grab the glazed donut, chocolate chip cookie, and sausage and cheese sandwich. If you haven’t tried them…..give them a chance but make sure you order with someone that knows Starbucks and speaks their language (as in….how many pumps and sizes. Grande, Venti) it can be confusing.

I love this place. When it opened the lines were super long. But now everything is running smoothly. Everything tastes good. Great prices and even better customer service. I’d be in here everyday if I could.

Absolutely insane customer service. The amount of money I spend here each year is wild. Yet, today I forgot to fill my water before leaving work so I swung in and asked for a small cup of ice water, and offered to pay for the cup or whatever. But was told they couldn’t serve me ice water unless I made a purchase. Absolutely crazy.

Surprisingly fast service through the drive-thru. Back home they are always so slow. The iced vanilla latte was just how i like it. The violet drink had just the right amount of fruit in it. Very friendly.

I don’t know who is managing this location, but the quality of the drinks and the staff trying to justify the crappy coffee is getting to be annoying. My wife and I purchase Starbucks at least 3 times a week and this location routinely serves us orders that need to be returned and remade because they taste nothing like they should. We visit different Starbucks locations all the time and by far this location is the worst.
We have been greeted by rudeness at times.
They always claim that they have to cut back on things like flavoring and syrups and they always give us a hard time when we ask for extra oat milk to add to our coffee. No other location we visit ever does this. Will start avoiding this location.
