I had dinner with my family here for the first time the other day and I figured we would try somewhere new. I’m hesitant to return until some improvements are made. While I appreciated the manager’s attentiveness in serving us, it was clear she was stretched too thin. My burger, ordered medium, arrived rare. My mother’s chicken kebabs were unfortunately subpar, and the seasonal vegetables tasted as though they were frozen and microwaved. I was surprised that nothing was removed from our bill, and instead, we were offered a complimentary dessert. The dessert was good enough to bump my rating to 2 stars instead of 1. Additionally, the music volume was excessive for the restaurant’s size, making conversation difficult.

Great food but horrible service, the lady and man got my orders wrong, which i didn’t have a problem with, i ask them nicely to go fix it and the guy flipped out on me, saying i can’t talk to them that way and i stood there in confusion on what i had done wrong and so did everyone else in my family, the man proceeded to lie to the cops saying i threw a snow cone at him when i didn’t even have my snow cone in had and he was gonna refund us on…. i come to little elm park all the time with friends and family and always recommend it to people… but never have i been treated so rudely by the staff at this place and I’m highly disappointed in the way the man acted in front of everyone causing a scene for no reason. (note: they were messing up everyones order by the time we were waiting for our food, so i think i was just an easy target to take his anger out on)

The man, whom I can only assume is the “manager” was rude with a mother because they got her snow cone wrong and proceeded to berate her and threatened to call the cops if she didn’t leave…literally two minutes later he came around the front and told a teenager he wasn’t allowed here because the teenager was fasting for religious reasons. The boy was with about 6 friends who were getting food. The friends stuck up for the boy tell the manager that’s profiling and racist. This is a horrible way for anyone to act, especially one working with teenagers. Ridiculous!!
