I’m a loyal customer and have always loved your pizza and service. However, my recent visit April 18 around 8:30 pm was a letdown. The service was rude and unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to my usual experience. The pizza itself was freshly made, but unfortunately, the cheese was melted all over the box, making a mess. I’m surprised given the usual high quality of your pizzas.
I hope you can look into the service issues and ensure pizzas are packaged properly. I’d appreciate a refund or discount on my next order.

This is some really good Pizza for a very good price. I had never eaten here ( carry out or delivery only) but I had a cash back deal from my bank so I thought why not. It is not the easiest in and out place to get something to eat but that’s OK. They dont speak the best of English ( Official language of the United States of America) but they were very nice. I was a little surprised but they got my order correct and everyone seemed friendly. The pizza was good and my friends agreed so why not give them a try as they wont break your budget and you will get a good meal at the same time.

The Spinach was a little burnt tasting. The asada had 1 or 2 slices without any meat. The Hawaiian was really good. Would recommend that one. The pepperoni could use a little more sauce and seasoning. Might not have been fresh. First time to this pizza patron. I’d give them another try. It wasn’t horrible, but have had better Pizza Patron at other locations. My favorite being the one near Parkland Hospital.

Awful! Uncooked and the manager didn’t care
Picked up 2 pizzas and the spinach one was uncooked you can see in the picture attached and no that is not cheese ! I immediately called in spoke to an employee who communicated my concern to a manager i got asked for pictures as proof for a refund and i sent them in 1 month in no communication or refund.

I ordered 2 peperoni through door dash and it was freaking amazing. Way better than my normal pizza(dominos) but i still order hereregularly(once a month). So good I had to call and see who was the manager. Ashanti I believe her name was. She obviously knows how to run a shift!

Teach your employees basic manners. I came in to pick up my pizza before 11 p.m., and the young boy at the counter gave me a nasty look. He shoved the pizza towards me. That isn’t okay. It wasn’t free, I paid for it. I understand they want to go home, but that isn’t a valid reason to be disrespectful. I always go to Papa johns, but I chose to stop here to try the new advertised pizza. Seems like shopping here is a huge inconvenience to the employees.

Had a minor issue that was easily resolved by Maria. She was awesome and very hospitable! When I walked in you could see her handling ALL areas while her coworker just stood their blindly. The pizza was amazing, Gracias Maria! Give this women a raise!

Ordered for delivery, driver hurried to place entire order on porch without even ringing doorbell. Pizza was cold, no marinara sauce for breadsticks, wrong drink was given as well. Called to speak with an employee, employee says driver is not responsible for doordash but it is you PIZZA PATRON who prepares the orders for customers delivery. Then while still on the phone (me the customer) hears the employee speaking amongst co-workers & not even replying back to resolve the issue on the phone. I have to tell you PIZZA PATRON employee you have ZERO PROFESSIONALISM & have no business in customer service at all. What a waste of time & money at this location. REVIEWERS PLEASE READ THIS take your money elsewhere & don’t bother ordering from this LOCATION. OWNER/MANAGER this crew that I dealt with tonight is definitely going to bring your business down the drain !!! You get 1⭐ in order for me to post publicly across Google
