Absolutely lovely Panera location! Down a quieter nook of the Summit, with a large patio and spacious, airy interior. Came for lunch on a Saturday and it was fairly busy, but not crowded. Placed our orders on the app and they were ready within 5 minutes. Not much interaction with the staff as a result, but they were friendly when we did!
Ordered two Pick Twos, one with mac & cheese, half a cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich (on sourdough), and baguette as a side; the other with a half strawberry poppyseed chicken salad, half a toasted frontega chicken sandwich, and an apple as a side. All were excellent and high quality, especially, fittingly enough, the breads. We intend to return many times in the future!

I really like Panera Bread and didn’t think I would. I remember the first time I went, it sounded a little frou frou to me, but there were plenty of things I liked and the food is really good. The thing that really sold me is their cinnamon crunch bagel. Unbelievable! I really like how consistent Panera is. I have an early morning Bible study there every Thursday and it’s quiet, comfortable, and don’t ever feel like they’re tired of some that just get coffee. It’s probably ideally suited for lunch.

I went to panera bread yesterday for one of my favorite items the broccoli and cheddar soup and it was nothing short of terrible! They clearly served me burnt soup from the bottom of the pan. I will ne reaching out to management today.

Over $4 spent on this “avocado toast…” I think the picture explains itself. Service is always fast but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice quality for speed. Do better.
Edit: after attempting to eat it tasted worse than it looks. Avocado was not ripe and bread was somehow soggy and stale at the same time?? Can’t believe this was looked at and sent out this way …

What a cute place! Worked remotely here for a day. Seating was okay, wi-fi worked great, and the food was probably the best I’ve had compared to any other location. I had a bagel for breakfast, which seemed kind of small but the flavor was still there. But then I had soup and grilled cheese for lunch and both were super hot and delicious. The best part was all the windows letting in natural light!

Are bagels supposed to be cut this way? You would think that people would care how they send food out the door. I suggest checking all pickup orders (that you place for yourself) before leaving the store. Do better, Panera Bread, Do better.

The couple working behind the pick up counter are really cute and are really nice people. They’re both very hard workers. 10/10 would recommend.
Edit- I went back tonight for dinner and there was an African American manager there that treated me as if I was worthless. She had an attitude with me and acted like everything she was doing was a chore. I asked for extra dressing for my salad and she gave me an extremely condescending tone. She treated her co-workers poorly and with no respect at all. If I decide to come back at all and see this horrible woman working there again, I will immediately take my business elsewhere.
