Ten minutes for a bagel as is with side of cream cheese. Why are mobile orders more important. No one waiting but tells me there are 12 orders ahead of me. All Dunkin’s are ruining it for their employees

The service here is terrible. In the 5 months I’ve lived here, I’ve received burnt food, cold “hot” coffee, 30+ minute wait times for munchkins and coffee. I simply do not understand how a Dunkin’ donuts is run THIS poorly. It’s infuriating. It’s never even BUSY!
My husband just went and got me a caramel craze latte, I’m sick, so I stayed home. He comes back, and it’s COLD COFFEE. Like ice coffee. In my hot coffee cup. It doesn’t make sense. And instead of wasting the time driving back, I dumped it out. I won’t return to this location again. I’d rather drive off base to a different location.

They have a knack for screwing up the most simplest of orders. 2 instructions: plain bagel. Cream cheese on the side. Somehow, I ended up with a plain bagel, sliced toasted, with cream cheese. No tip for incompetence.

I’ve stopped through here for a sandwich & hash browns maybe five or six times when I was in a hurry. Hash browns today were cold, smashed together, and so soggy with oil the bag they came in was literally dripping grease. I don’t expect much from Dunkin, but this goes far below that low bar. Will not be visiting this location again, convenient or not.

The lady who is the manager at this place is very rude. I asked for a no ice matcha latte, she gave me not even half a cup of their medium drink, and she was yelling at me in front of many other costumers. This lady is very rude and unprofessional, nobody needs to hear her yelling voice in the morning specially. Please train your managers to be respectful to others.

This location on Hanscom never seems to amaze me. First of all, fast service under “Highlights” needs to be changed to slow service. Today I placed the most simplest order on the mobile app. I ordered a plain croissant, not toasted. That means, grab a croissant and place it inside a bag and then place on counter. Boom! Simple right? Wrong. Five min after submitting my order, I walk in thinking my order is ready. There was quite a bit of people in line so I was like “okay, they are busy, I’ll give them a couple more min”. I ended up getting my order 15 min later. This isn’t the first time this place has been so terrible. Five out of six times that I’ve ordered a maple croissant sandwich WITH NO CHEESE, they ended up making it WITH CHEESE. Very disappointed with this place

I am pretty sure I left a review a few months back and now it is gone. Service is awful. No customer service. It is like they go out of their way to hire young people who have no social skills. I dont find this surprising. Their manager isn’t a bundle of joy himself. There is maybe one or two who actually smile and provide a delightful experience. Please if you are going to hire teens, young adults, and this is their first job, have someone there who can show them the right way to adult. Manners, Customer service skills, etc. Remember, they wont be there forever. Teach them life long skills. Especially if we are getting boxed donuts delivered from elsewhere, which are just sitting on a rack all day for someone to purchase. Make us want to come back……

Some days this place rocks, others not so much. Wait times in the morning are crazy (like 25 minutes) and you still get the wrong drink. It’s pretty chaotic during these times.
After work hours and on the weekends it’s much better. Staff is friendly and fast. They still occasionally mess up on my drink but it’s fixed right away.
