We went through the drive through at lunch on a Sunday. We were the only people in the drive through but had to pull around to wait. We ordered a 2 piece chicken with 2 sides combo and a kids nugget meal. They were out of tea. There were no forks in the bag. The chicken was disgusting and slimey and gray – see pictures (one is compared next to one of the nuggets from the kids meal). There was no biscuit in the meal but was supposed to be. Totally unacceptable especially at nearly $15 per meal.

Hello this is Patricia and I want to give KFC three stars because while I am grateful to have it and appreciate the food when it’s good, it’s been hit or sometiems a miss depen ding on the day and sometimes the food is too cold and the quality hasn’t been great lately, especially compared to the Pizza Hut down the road which seems to have consistently better food, and I remember one time the chicken was i acutally good but it was actually burnt which was disappointing, and I do still appreciate the employees for trying even though things don’t always go perfectly, and honestly the last time I went I accidentally broke the windows with my car—but I think that may have been a different location because I honestly can’t remember exactly—but either way it was an accident and I’m still thankful for the place and the convenience, and I hope they can improve the consistency of the food because it really would make a difference, and even though I have had frustrating experiences I do still like having KFC nearby. I also like the arbys more so i don’t go much no more thank you !!! So arbys if you’re here can i order some more food.So I’ll Place an order for pickup or delivery through the official Arby’s website or the Arby’s mobile app.

Went through on our way to Columbia today. We ordered BBQ chicken Sandwhich combo and 3 tender combo. Unfortunately my husband and I could only eat our small side because my tenders were slimy in the middle and my husbands sandwich was the same way. This isn’t the first time this has happened but KFC is one of my husband’s favorite places to eat and he wanted to try it again. Prior to this our orders have been wrong, slimy chicken, rude staff etc. and I was against going back. He called to talk with the manager and I was persistent about a refund because I was done at this point. I was given corporates number. At that point I was redirected back and the rep said the store manager would call me. So all these extra steps for what? The store manager refused but offered me the same amount I spent as in store credit. Why would I want to go back to a place that I’ve given multiple chances to?

Poorest food service ever experienced. We waited 25 minutes to get a pot pie and chicken wings. Overheard staff telling most everyone it was going to be a 20-30 min wait. Staff dress was very unprofessional . Will not come back

After buying a 16pcs meal and 12pcs tenders and paying close to $70, we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Didn’t have a problem with the wait time, even told them “not a problem, take your time.”. After the long wait time the worker giving us our food, basically pushed the bags at us while saying “here’s your food”, almost tipping the bags of food over. Still not a problem, everyone is allowed to have a bad day and maybe this was hers. Now, imagine how LIVID you’d be when opening up the food when you get home and seeing your 16pcs so greesy that the box is almost leaking greese and the original crust chicken is too greesy for the breading to stay on. Then you open the 12pcs tenders and they look like they have been ripped apart and thrown into the box and to top it all off when you try to pull the box of tenders out of the bag to snap a picture of it to show management, the entire bottom of the box falls through dumping all the tenders on the floor. That’s the service that you will receive at this KFC location in Moberly, MO. Here are some pictures to help you understand if you for some reason do not already. As for me I am going to try to contact the owner now!

Got the Nashville chicken mac & cheese bowl.
The bowl itself didn’t taste terrible (the chicken wasn’t the best flavor, but it wasn’t awful), however, there was so much oil in the bowl I didn’t even finish it.

I live in Macon and we came through Moberly to get some chicken…we got our chicken home our corn looked dark and old are chicken was so so mashed potatoes were bland and our biscuits we could have used for hockey pucks. My momma loved KFC and was one of her favorite places to eat. Sadly we lost her in 2021.. she liked everything fresh and good if not she would not eat it. So my values are the same as my mom’s we have not been back nor will we go back to this place. I worked in customer service for over 20 years and u go above and beyond to make the expectations a great experience. My bill was 49.96 and it was even worth 5 dollars. So I hope their present and future customers get better food and service

Terrible service, didn’t have the food we wanted, chicken wasn’t cooked in the famous bowl and didn’t have the corn! They were out of mac n cheese, chicken tenders, fries.
