This is by far the best Dunkin in the area. Wauregan dunkin are always complaining, killingly commons can never be professional. They always complain about customers not tipping but I never tip them because they are never professional. Wescott location is usually pretty good about getting the orders right but they are under staffed and there’s always a line of people so I go to Brooklyn location. Brooklyn dunkin never mess up my order. They always are happy and motivated. Absolutely best location with the best workers !

They were very nice fast amd well prepared food for a Dunkin, and the place has a lovely lounge for relaxing while enjoying coffee ☕.
This Dunkin seems to have rough edges so please souble check your drinks and orders but when i went inside and order a decent sized request they did get it right but my experience will differ from yours but worse giving a try. DEFINITELY worth stopping in for relaxation while trying to eat! Theres that to look forward to staff was nice to me and so i mean each day is different so be mindful

Absolutely rude employees. Especially this older lady on the drive thru speaker gives huge amounts of attitude no matter the question you ask, and I hear such uncomfortable and inappropriate conversations between the workers when they leave the drive thru window open or when I’m waiting at the lobby. Usually happens when it’s later afternoon. I have seen a lady scream at another worker, I’ve seen a worker quite literally bang on the bathroom door while someone was in there. If your not a favorite customer, sometimes it’s such an uncomfortable vibe, mainly with that older lady I believe goes by the name Sharon. And the teenage girls seem so bored and sassy. I can’t stress it, here whether it’s service or atmosphere, it’s not all that good.

tried to order a wrap and a sandwich, waited 20 minutes for them to bring out the sandwich no wrap. Waited another 25 minutes just for them to say they don’t have it. So in total 45 minutes waiting and we didn’t even done out with our order. Also half the time waiting there wasn’t even anyone making food they were all hiding in the back. Good thing there was one girl there, not sure who her name was but she had pink hair. We probably would have been there for another 30 minutes if she didn’t start speaking up for us.

I wouldn’t have suggested getting your food from this Dunkin unless it’s in the morning it sucks… Can’t even get bacon without it being burnt to crisp.. or they’ll mess up a simple sandwich…. But they have been getting better lately so I have to give them the credit that’s due.. thankyou for your hard work people!!!

Was there on August 30. 2025 with 2 friends. We were having a good day until we stopped at tge brooklyn Ct DD.
I took my friend’s orders and stood waiting at the counter for aboutv7 minutes. Thete was no one standing behind me in the line when I first stood there but the line had become long when I asked politely after waiting a long time for someone to address the customer’s at the counter inside the store. There were at least 6 staff that I could see buzzing around but their main concern was the window.
There was an older woman with dark hair and glasses standing nearby the counter doing something. She had a miserable look on her face and would not acknowledge me.
I then asked politely “may I place my order?” At that she looked up at me with the worst demeanor imaginable like she wanted to kill me and viciously without any hesitation started verbally abusing me in front of all the staff and customers in the store. I actualky couldn’t believe what was spewing from this employee’s mouth. Obviously. She had no problem verbally assaulting a customer which she most likely did to others. I did not say anything back to her and almost immediately another employee cane and started taking orders from the counter.
I ordered an avocado toast which cost 5 dollars. It came to me untrusted with a smidgen of green on the bread. It was totally unacceptable in every way.
I called the Dd headquarters no answer. Told to go on the site. After a good effort I was able to.place an email customer complaint.
They got back to me saying they were sorry and that I would hear from one of their area managers.
I put in my complaint and asked to be refunded by mail for the uncooked food.
I made several complaints and they just sent me a survey which I rejected.
The manager is Nicole who never was available when I called. There was no manager supervising the staff on a very busy Saturday at 1145am.
I reported this to the company and told him thst no employee should work there who abuses customers the way their employee abused me. Aldo. I advised them to look at their reviews because the store needs a complete customer service overhaul including the staff and manager Nicole.
I have never liked Dunkin Donuts but was there because my friends asked to go there
Dunkin Donuts has been boycotted by me and I have passed the word around to those I know.
A lot of people hate Dd and I am now one of them.
Go somewhere else where you can get better food and decent customer service. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby

Were the only ones inside but waited close to 5 min. To even be recognized. Cashier seemed annoyed we were not sure what we wanted. We didn’t realize (nor were we told) there is a seperate area to pick up orders. But the same cashier “barked ” your order is ready down there. Glad we dont live near there. Cause we won’t stop again.

On my daily visit to Dunkin I waited patiently in drive thru for over 10 mins for two coffees with a huge line behind us watching three staff members just socializing casually not with customers either one was chatting with the other employee while the other was looking at a paycheck the picture below is my coffee I ordered and from the first sip I new it didn’t taste right and I normally get the same thing I miss the old workers who actually showed up for there job that would pay attention to detail very disappointed and disrespectful
