I visited at 5:15 on 10/16 and the staff completely ignored everyone in line for 20 minutes. They were right there putting food together for people in the drive through but ignored the line completely the whole time I was there. The one young man wasn’t even acting like he was concerned or in a hurry. I asked to see the manager but was told by the cook the young man who was ignoring us was the manager. I told him it was unacceptable how he was acting and left after taking his picture. The man in red was the manager. I left without ordering after over 20 minutes. The two older women in front of me had been there longer and still weren’t helped.

Normally I would give this Wendy’s fairly high marks.
Recently there wait time has been horrible for food.
They must be on the counter system that clocks when a car leaves the window because they’re having people pull up pay and then pull into a parking space and today I waited 12 minutes.
If you’re using a system that is supposed to track the amount of time it takes to serve a car having those cars pull up is not being honest to your employer.
I don’t expect Wendy’s to be as fast as McDonald’s because a lot of the food is made to order more so than other fast food places.
I just don’t like this trend

The cook with tattoos all over him was when talking down to his coworkers in a loud way, catching my attention and others there. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ….!! He literally was talking down to the girls who were the ones cleaning the mess up from a great spill and he did NOTHING to help them.! I normally don’t talk against anyone unless it’s pretty bad, and it was for the girls and myself .! The rest of the crew seemed SCARED because of the situation….. Hats off to the girls…!!

This Wendys has gone downhill since we have moved to Hampstead. Initially they were on the ball and even made large nugget orders for our kids birthday parties but the last few times we have came to this location it has been one excuse after another for bad service. The system is down, the drive thru is 15 cars deep, I even called ahead and placed an order for a large number of nuggets and when I got there it was ready to which staff claimed “they wanted it to be fresh” yeah right nice fake save. I don’t know what has happened recently but this Wendy’s needs some help.

Fries were cold and oversalted, food made me nauseous.
The price of fast food has gone up tremendously while the quality has stayed bad. And I normally like Wendy’s, but this is a record breaking bad. The fries were cold and oversalted, and the wrap I got was just sad. Why spend $13 here for slop when you could go across the street and get real food for $14?? It’s absurd, and now I’m nauseous trying to drive home and feeling like I’m gonna throw up all over my vehicle

I like Wendy’s as a general rule. Stopped for a quick dinner. It was dirty. There was no napkins, ketchup or straws out. The food was normal fast food. The restaurant was empty and I see why.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to, the management is absolutely terrible.
All the employees under management just seemingly walk around aimlessly.
I was picking up an online order, placed way before pickup, I told them what order I was there for, they kind of looked at me like I had three heads.
I could see the order was “in process” on the screen, but they acted like they had no idea what to do.
I waited over 20 minutes after checking in and still the order was not complete.
I use the bathroom just to kill some time, also the bathroom was dirty..
After using the bathroom I approached the counter again to see if the order was complete yet, keep in mind this is about 30 minutes or so at this point.
They still acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though the order was clearly on the screen and had not been bumped yet.
This location is absolutely ridiculous in the management is 100% awful.
I know they just recently restaffed this location, it may be time to do so again.
Those ladies that are running it right now are completely incompetent.
Avoid this location at all costs.. you’re welcome.

Drive thru takes longer than it should since no one is ever in line. Workers are sloppy, seems like half asleep or worse. Rude, unprofessional, most un personable team I’ve ever come across at a store or restaurant. No wonder no one goes there.
