Had some delicious food here tonight! The roast pork fried rice has a truly generous amount of roast pork (and its not just the amount of pork, its that each piece is large as well, tender and perfectly flavored!). I had the wonton soup and it was excellent. It also had a generous amount of pork in the soup – long, thick strips of pork in the broth and then yummy, pillow-y soft dumpling-like wontons that were stuffed with even more pork.
The fried dumplings were delish and came with a delightfully spicy dipping sauce. Even the crispy, flat noodles for the soup were fresh, light, and not greasy at all.
However, our beef teriyaki sticks were overcooked – so dry that parts were rock solid hard and you could hardly taste the teriyaki. But that was the ONLY part of our order that didn’t meet our expectations.
The service was awesome! The staff member talked me through the best (cheapest) way of ordering (such as not ordering the beef sticks a la carte and to get the 4 pack instead) and was very accommodating for the mods and additions to our order. I will be going back!

I can’t give this place a low enough rating. The food is flavorless, chicken feels like soggy rubber, and the rice tasted a week old. I asked to substitute the “ham” fried rice with veggie fried instead… that’s an additional $7 upcharge. Food is ridiculously overpriced compared to any place serving a similar menu.

Got the Lo Mein., it was only carrots, onions, cabbage and chicken which tasted like it was boiled. No flavor! The ham rice had 2 pcs of ham in the whole thing! Anytime I’ve gotten Lo Mein it had noodles, not just flavorless vegetables! Would not recommend this place! no flavor to the food at all!

Sesame chicken was spicy and I wasted my money because I couldn’t eat it. Why on earth is the sesame chicken spicy?! Called to ask about it and they just said “Yea, it’s spicy.” Well, it shouldn’t be, nowhere is it spicy but apparently here it is

This place is a joke of an American Chinese restaurant…chicken and broccoli is more like onions and broccoli with 4 small pieces of chicken and some rice. To make you feel better they throw in a wannabe chicken wing. Like come on you’re not serious right… it’s not even cooked with brown sauce. Don’t get me started on the General sows chicken that they have because it’s not even close and the lo menu is just has bad as the chicken and broccoli with it being for veggie then noodles. This place is hands down the worst restaurant I have had in a while.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL POSSIBLE

I love their house lo mein (no celery), I order it all the time. But if I ever get a tray of spaghetti noodles with NO vegetables again, I’m done with this place. RIP to the owner, but the standards have gone downhill since his passing.

We ordered an array of dishes to go. We got back to the hotel. They didn’t give us all we ordered. Called they said they knew they messed up. Went back for their mistake and got attitude. They messed up and it was my fault. Got back to hotel food was overcooked and gross. Threw most of it away. Waste of money! Go somewhere else!

This is a great little place! The Lady behind the curtain was very nice and gave me extra mustard sauce!
First time here, so I’ll have to come back and check out more of the menu as I can
One side note:
They are Cash Only! Which, if memory serves me correctly, can still be used to buy commodities and such… And don’t forget to tip either! It’s just being nice

I cant give a low enough rating. The general tso chicken was burnt or at least reheated. The food was rubbery and tasteless. The egg rolls were overcooked and smelled like old greasy shrimp. Fourty-seven dollars in the trash can. Typical Walterboro fabulous.
