Had one of the most disappointing and upsetting restaurant experiences here. I ordered two sandwiches with avocado, only to find the avocado missing in both. I took a picture of the first sandwich and brought the untouched half of the second one back to the restaurant as proof. Despite presenting clear evidence, the owner refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead accused us of eating the sandwich and returning for a refund. She even involved other staff members to back her up and accuse me, which was completely unacceptable.
It would have been completely fine with me if she had simply acknowledged the miss and apologized. That is what good people and responsible restaurants do. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, blame-shifting, and disrespect.
I also saw her blaming another staff member for the error, even though she was the one who took my order and failed to communicate it properly. I personally watched her add avocado to other customers’ sandwiches, so it was clear she simply did not add it to mine.
Being falsely accused and spoken to in such a dismissive and confrontational manner was extremely disturbing. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when approaching the situation calmly and with proof in hand. This behavior reflects very poorly on the management and the overall standards of this establishment.

Terrible staff. They give you the most nasty look if you ask them a question about the food. Was told if we downloaded the app and order another one, we get another sub free. So when we ordered and then paid and then went in line to get another sub they said ‘you should have just ordered online’ and charged us for it too. I am infuriated because when the lady who was making my sandwich (I was standing in front of the shop and no one was in line) and went to her to see her make the sandwich she told me to leave and stand outside of the shop. Do not ever go. Abysmal service for overpriced food that’s not worth it.

This airport Potbelly® in Boston Logan Terminal C offers the same great potbelly sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. I purchased a nice breakfast sandwich and entertained while in a short wait by the cute signs. When I got to final checkout which is accessible height. I learned they had no hot tea only hot coffee. I grabbed a dream bar thst is dreamy. All cookies have price calories posted
They gave a paper menu which is legible and a wall hanging menu white with dark letters which is fairly legible.

This was our first visit to Potbelly. It is one of the more affordable and quick options at Logan Airport. Two sandwiches, chips, and a drink cost us under $40. While it isn’t the best quality – I enjoyed the BLTA, which was stuffed with fresh avocado. The highlight of our meal was the toasty bread. If you’re ever in a rush or don’t want to spend a lot of money, I recommend Potbelly.

DO NOT GET THIS!!! I GOT FOOD POISONING SHORTLY AFTER ON MY FLIGHT AND WAS THE MOST SICK I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. I COULDNT MAKE IT OUT OF THE BATHROOM ON MY FLIGHT WHEN THE PLANE WAS LANDING I WAS STILL IN THE BATHROOM NEVER MADE IT BACK TO MY SEAT. I WAS SICK AND COULDNT LEAVE THE AIRPORT THEN WAS THROWING UP MORE ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET. MY 2/5 DAYS ON VACATION WERE COMPLETELY RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND HAPPY DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS -♾️ STARS.

Ok im not one to write reviews but enough is enough. I work at boston airport and yesterday I went to order a Avo Turkey . Cashier tells me they dont have the white bread for the big size so i took wheat then when its time to put what i want in the samdwhich they say we dont have cucumber i then said I wish you would have told me that when I ask for a avo turkey as cucumbers is one of the ingredients. Then its time to pay I ask for a milkshake then they say we dont have milkshakes this was around 5pm October 2nd 2025. I try again october 3rd around 11:45 am I ask for avo turkey i told the sandwhich maker avo turkey lettuce tomato onion you know what she does she puts lettuce tomato and pickle . Didnt put the onions as requested didnt put the cucumber which is a ingredient in the avo turkey . I never mention pickle and she puts pickles. Now its time to pay i ask for a milkshake she says we only have oreo milk shake . So then i said fine oreo she makes the shake and its just vanilla. I have to work a flight so I dont have time to keep running back and forth. I love potbelly sandwhiches But I will not be ordering from this location again!!!!! Beware when placing your order with them This was 2 incidents in 2 different days back to back. Place yourself in my shoes now what would you do??? Money down the drain!!! ill be better off ordering from door dash then this place You have been warned

Quick, fast, efficient. The team working at this Potbelly deserves an award. The food was great and this location was a welcome sight to behold for this weary traveller. I just wish this location was big enough to have dedicated seating, but alas, it is super tiny and loud and noisy, as all airport food places are wont to be.

At Boston Airport and needing something to take aboard to eat later. I chose Potbelly, expecting the same great food I’d had sometime ago. I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, as it would be easy to eat from the wrapper on the plane. I liked that Potbelly is after security, as most places are now. The sandwich was just OK, I didn’t think it compared to what I had eaten before. It met the need and was filling.
