I hadn’t been to Schlotzsky’s in several years. The last time I remember visiting was when they offered a pastrami or Reuben-style sandwich, which I recall enjoying.
I stopped in this time only because another nearby restaurant was completely packed. When I attempted to order what I thought was my old sandwich, the response I received was abrupt. I brushed it off, but I was surprised by the total, about $46, which felt high for what was ordered.
At the pickup window, the same abrupt tone continued. I asked for a receipt and was handed one bag before the window was closed. Moments later, a second bag was handed to me with the comment that the receipt was inside that bag. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessary.
Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience. The sandwich quality was poor, and while the soup was acceptable, I would rate it around a B+ at best.
Overall, the cost, service, and food quality did not align. I’ll likely choose a different option next time where the value and experience are better.

Surprised this chain was as good as it was. Their sour dough bread looked good but I had the pick 2 instead (helps for indecisive people like myself). So, I had half chicken California avocado flatbread and half original sandwich. I was with two others, all of our first times and said to each other “all the food we had tonight was pretty good. Approved”

First time at a Schlotzsky’s and it did not disappoint. Huge selection and the kids loved their pizza meals. We came around 11am and there were no lines inside.

The overall atmosphere was good. Minor things could be improved, the smell of the restaurant was a bit weird and customer service was lacking. However our food was good and came out quickly. A major plus was that both kiddos were able to order exactly what they wanted and it came out as expected, so we will patron again.

Great location. Staff is kind and helpful. Service is rather fast and reliable. Food is delicious. They even ensure my child’s pizza does not have sauce. The atmosphere is great. Clean overall, including bathrooms. 10/10.

We came here over the weekend and used their drive through. The service was friendly and fast. My husband ordered the Turkey bacon club sandwich meal and I ordered the avocado turkey sandwich meal, both came with a drink and a bag of chips. The bread and sandwiches were both good. The deli meat they used wasn’t my favorite but that is just my personal preference. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. And, of course, we got some Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, which are my favorite. They gave them to us warm and they were very delicious.

The is a bad location, the owner won’t contact me to correct mistakes to our order. Missing Extra meat on 4 large sandwiches that I paid for! Avoid this location bread was stale!

I had lunch at this location yesterday and it was not a good experience. They forgot to put in my sandwich order, so while on my lunch break I had to wait, AND i asked for wheat bread and was given white bread. Other than that Schlotzsky’s is good no matter how mucked up the service is, but I wasn’t happy and I probably won’t be back.
