We’ve had repeated issues with this location. Almost every order from the Bayside store has been incorrect, late, or both. When contacting the store in the past, management responded with excuses instead of taking accountability.
We stopped ordering from here and switched to another Pizza Hut location with no issues. Unfortunately, we accidentally selected this store again in the app, and once again the order was wrong and late.
When my wife went to the store to fix it, the staff had poor attitudes, and the manager showed little leadership. She was told it would take 7 minutes, but waited 20 minutes, and was told the “system was down.”
Mistakes happen, but repeated problems and lack of professionalism are disappointing.

Order 2 large pizza’s. Had them delivered. They charged $10 delivery. Pizza’s were both burnt beyond human consumption. Called immediately. Talked with manager and asked for 2 new pizza’s to be made. Was told their oven is a conveyer belt and all pizza’s come out with being burnt or dried out. Asked for refund with a confirmation number. Told couldn’t provide a number as it prints a slip at the store. Why she couldn’t read the number on the slip over the phone to me. She said phone calls are all recorded and that was our proof. We’ll see how the turns out on my bank statement. Held on to pizza’s and delivery slip for my proof.

Definitely need some sprucing up in there and better management place has a bad smell when you walk in. There’s workers hanging out on the side of the building which looks super sketchy and a little scary. Definitely not the best smelling place.

Went in to order 2 personal pizzas, employee stated they don’t have any. Said each one comes frozen and vendor didn’t send any. Frozen? You have a Tuesday sale but that one is not available? Not because they’re sold out, but because the vendor didn’t send you any? I am out of touch because dough is dough… Oh then I asked for their next smallest one and she says $12.99…. call be broke all you want, but nope! I can get 2 mediums at Domino’s for that….

It’s been about a year since I’ve ordered Pizzhut at this location- always stuff crust pizza and it was always amazing and on point.
Since the past two months or so, they’re been lacking in quality. Look at this pizza , it’s so THiN, this isn’t supposed to be thin crust pizza! I might as well go to Little Caesar’s at this point. And this is the 2nd time this month the stuff crust has been this thin… kind of a bummer! Also have to mention the pizza looks like a medium sized, not large size

Always very quick and do a great job. Usually by the time I place my order and leave to pick it up it’s done. When you walk in they have your order to you fast. In and out quick, but my review is based only on carry out orders.
Ordering from this place for just over a year, so far so good and everyone is nice and friendly.

I do not recommend this store. I have ordered from here twice. The first time, my order got delivered to some other house. I told myself never again, I’ll just use Dominos across the street. Well here we are today and my daughter wanted stuffed crust pizza. 20 minutes after expected delivery I check the tracking and “DoorDash” cancelled my order.
Don’t waste your time, 9 times out of 10 you won’t get your order. just order dominos
