For the past few years the food hasn’t been as good as it used to be. My burrito was folded in the weirdest way possible and I’m surprised they gave the green light to package this burrito in the delivery bag. The burrito was bland in the front but in the middle it was so salty I couldn’t even finish it, not even the salt from my tears from me crying of how bad my burrito was could be that salty. I didn’t enjoy my burrito at all but at least my dog seemed to enjoy it.

I went in today and got a beef taco. There was so much salt in everything I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t understand why they have to do that. We can always add our own. I had one taco with beef and it was almost 8 dollars. That’s ridiculous.

This is a favorite quick lunch spot of mine in San Clemente. It is close to the freeway for easy access if you are passing through. I can always count on chipotle for consistent food quality. My favorite thing to get is a veggie salad. The servings are so big that I get an extra guacamole on the side and share it with my daughter. This is one of my favorite healthy vegetarian meals I get away from home.

On Sunday, August 11, 2024, at approximately 10:45 PM, my family and I visited the Chipotle located at 806 Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA 92673. Upon entering, we were informed by staff that the menu was limited to chicken bowls due to ingredient shortages. While considering our options, we observed employees cleaning commercial exhaust hoods with chemicals in close proximity to food preparation areas. This raised concerns about food safety and potential contamination. As a result, we chose to dine elsewhere. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the hygiene practices of this particular Chipotle location.

Had a good quick lunch here. The food is tasty and ready when you arrive. The staff at this location is great. My burrito bowl didn’t have enough chicken in it and they added more without an upcharge. It was a beautiful day and my kids had burgers next door, so we all just chilled outside and soaked up the rays together. I will definitely go back to this location.

Long line. Workers staring at me while i wait in line. (Help out) they went to the back to put my chicken in the bowl. This is the smallest portion size ive ever seen. I got maybe half a scoop. A waste of 11$ (im pretty low maintenance) if my portion size was normal i wouldnt say anything. But i left unhappy feeling like i wasted money

They were running low on most things and instead of replacing them or getting more they gave me the leftover scraps. I payed extra for queso and got half a scoop. I also got barely any corn salsa or sour cream. They replaced it for everyone behind me. Super bummed. Food was not worth the money!

Utterly disgusting and inedible. I tried Chipotle again after about 15 years bc my son said they got better. After receiving food that was inedible including 2 burritos and a kids meal, and stale chips, I contacted Chipotle to request they refund that portion of the meal but that I would still pay for the plain burrito my son ate (he’ll eat anything) and the guacamole, which was good and fresh. The other food was like eating cold garbage. Chipotle responded by offering me a free chips and guacamole. I requested again they refund me and they disappeared. So… Now I’m taking the time to write this post and will dispute the charges on my credit card. I will also be reporting this location to the health dept as I don’t believe they are meeting food safety and quality standards. Shoulda refunded me. Big mistake.
